And I'm done with the delta wing. Ugg that car is a dog
It isn't quite a dog of a car, if it was, it would be one of those sporty dogs like a grey hound. :) It's not a bad car, just a little odd with its behaviours, and its sudden snap oversteer which comes out of nowhere.

As soon as I get the last 2 corners right at the Red Bull Ring, and then I will be sailing pass @chrisspeed281 :lol::lol::lol::lol:.

Edit: Sorry I just went sailing pass you with a time of 1:20.394 .
Well done indeed. Very good time.

On another note, this other car that people are talking about for the 600PP SH race. What is the "other" car?

I have broken the mould and gone with a completely new car for the 600PP SH race. It worked pretty well. I am sure I could do better but I have some raid cars to drive around in the Crew today :) I also tried out the VGT car, it is fast but I think I prefer the Nismo '14 version for fun value. :)

On another note.

Otaliema

TurnLeft

DC Avg 8.450

I have to say, between us four, it was very, very close. I think (if I'm reading right), I am 4th or 5th and Bowtie should (will) have another podium finish for both DC and Time. All the Ferrari's were similar in terms of avg time and not much between them for DC. The quality of tuning in the FITT challenges is amazingly good. I will wait in anticipation of the final results as these are only tentative but I must say, well done to all of you and I look forward to crossing swords with you in the next event :)

Expert Level Historic Race Car Seasonal Winner!

First, @shaunm80 my congrats for your courage in tuning this car! One of the thoughest and more exausting races I ever had! The car is a challenge, it has no rear stability, it is too light and gives no feeling of trust while cornering.

It failed me on two crucial moments, the hairpin, the rear started to shake and loosing traction, the 1st two corners, on several occasions lost the rear without explanation.

It is indeed a shame this car does no perform has good as it looks. But in the end it is a 60's racer, what can we expect, it has to be driven like RL.

👍 Once again, Shaun, I  for your awesome work...

:)

Well done of getting the win. It sounds like you had a "fun" time with this car. I did try and warn you that this car was semi pilot car. It didn't / couldn't be fully tamed so I went with what it desired the most. It seemed to like au natural style. What do you make of this tune compared to the mark IV in its stock form?

I always drive in pilot style, no smashing throttle and hard steering for me! And no aids of course!
I believe the car is bad programmed, a PD mistake... IRL it performs much better (I think! :D)

Compared with stock form, noticed a superior front grip and turning capability. The steering was very responsive and reliable. No understeer even driving on the edge.
