TY! 👍

Just did a small test, bought a new Z4 (mine has almost 1000km) and even with a new one the values don´t match...
For 650PP its 84.2% with High RPM at 732BHP or 100% Mid RPM at 669BHP

Maybe milleage is afecting tuning more now...

@shaunm80 - Just test info
I have no idea whats going on with my car then. Its very odd that mine should be 650PP at 89.4% or whatever the original figure was, but you can't reach that.. Hmm. Pass on that one. One thing should be consistent, the tune with the suspension and the LSD should work on any power range. Not that it helps with the PP issue.
The Honda NSX-R Prototype road car for use on the Suzuka seasonal
This seasonal tune makes Suzuka very easy to win with whilst having a lot of fun driving past the opposition or just let them drive themselves into sand traps. Which ever comes first.
The Mazda Furai 08 with 650 PP and Race Medium tyres
I don't think I own this car yet. I shall have to find one that works for me as I have only got 3rd so far in this race.

Current car development program

Project cars (WIPs)
Nissan Fairlady Z (Z34) '08 (450PP SH)
Renault Sport Clio R.S. 2.0 16V '02 (400PP CS)

Many thanks for you patience.

Out of interest, what race car do you use for the Silverstone 10 lap race?

I will check in a bit. I'll have to turn on the PS3 in a little while and come back to you.
Edit: I have checked and what I have wrote down is correct. Not sure how much Engine Tuning Stage 3 may add but have you got that selected accidentally? If so, that may explain some of the extra HP? You may have to detune the engine further to reach the PP range. Either that of install Mid RPM Range Turbo Kit and change PP accordingly to keep the engine limiter as close to 100% as possible.

Has anyone else had this problem matching the PP to the Z4 GT3 with my setup?
Yes shaun mine has done the same

Yes shaun mine has done the same

I was sure that I did an oil change to the car but perhaps this is the error. An oil change can cause a change of PP by about 7PP in a car of that spec. I shall alter the post. All I can suggest is to adjust the power limiter to get the PP to reach 650.

Problem solved..you were right....i just bought another Z4 no oil change and it matches your tune 650pp 741bhp

Thanks for checking. I have altered the original post now to reflect this so hopefully noone else will have any issues. Cheers

BMW Z4 GT3

The one thing ill say about the Z4 GT3 is that it may not be to everyones taste when it comes to GT3 driving. I found whilst tuning and testing that if i left the rear too neutral (i.e. not understeering), the amount of power in this car gave it tendencies to over steer and spin on me. Using a DS3, by the time I realised the car was spinning, it was already gone and I had no chance to salvage the rear to keep going. In the end, I went for a setup that understeers rather than over steers as it gave me the confidence to push through a corner knowing that if it went wrong, I would only have to lift off the gas and straighten the car up, as opposed to finding myself going backwards into or through a corner. I believe that other tuners have made a car which is more balanced (which I used before) but I was unable to keep the car in check all the time. This tune enabled me to do that fairly easily. Its a few seconds off the pace but id take a few seconds off the pace in a career race you are bound to win in, rather than lose a race because of a car due to spinning on the last lap.

Id be interested to know what other people think about this tune and if they agree the above information.

Also, Camber Testing.

I have just finished off tuning the Nissan Fairlady Z34 '08 car. The suspension settings I had felt good apart from the rear end which was sliding all over the place. In the case of this car, camber does, and has helped control this car and it feels so much better. This tune will be published soon, It would be worth anyone testing this tune to first try the camber set at 0.0/0.0 and then set the camber to the actual tune settings. This should help any GT6 players understand the difference that camber can make to some cars in the game.

If you like sand drifting then sure :) I test GT3 cars on F1 style tracks. Silverstone mainly but sometimes Nurburgring GP Circuit.

Lol i do like sand drifting...lol..but not in this car...because its a awesome tune mate...it was amazing to drive on Willow it just went where you aimed it...it stuck to the line all the way around and the back end just sat where you wanted it...10 out of 10 for this one shaun....i wanted to give it a go on willow first because i have done so much driving on there in the last few days...as you know..lol and really getting to know it.
i did 8 laps on free run fastest lap was 1.12.498 and slowest 1.13.558.:) def the best and most enjoyable drive around willow i've had:) You should pat yourself on the back for this one:) thanks for a wicked tune:) give it a go on there

Thx but i think im going to settle for bronze...i cant be bothered...its to frustrating when you come off:( and they say you cant drive any better when you had a drink...lol
good luck to you too if you decide to keep going for gold:)
Ah nah i could not be bothered in the end. Too much work for what it is worth. The prize paint colour doesn't look like anything special and that is the main reason i do the seasonal events.

@chrisspeed281 wow that is some impressive amount of credits 👍

I am currently 17 points off gold but I have not yet strung all 4 sectors together yet in the same attempt. If i get my four best sectors on the same attempt, this car is capable of a 7500-8000 point score.

Edit: Gold achieved with 6000 points. Thats me done. I got the Chrome paint and I'm on to the next one.

I am going out to enjoy the sun on my bike for a little bit. All the college work is done and printed now so my time is my own once again!

@Pete05 - I will be working on the project cars which you left feedback on a few days ago this afternoon. See if i can work out the niggles in them. I don't know what Clio RS car you had on your WIP list but the new Clio RS '02 is pretty nimble and if it is that exact model, the settings should be transferrable into your car. Another car which is sort of the way you like your cars to handle is the new Lotus Motor Sport I just published, Its a car that can bite you in the ass if you push too hard but its very manoeuvrable on technical circuits. I have a feeling you'd like that one on Bathurst.

Enjoy the ride & the lovely sunshine. Winter had set in here with a vengeance.
The Clio in my WIP list is the later version.
The Elsie sounds good. Hopefully it's more forgiving than that bloody Evora. Was watching a repeat of Top Gear last night & JC was praising the attributes of the base Evora with a smile from ear to ear.

Jeremy has obviously never driven this car in GT6 then :) I suppose Top Gear was a lot earlier and it gave PD chance to mess up the handling in the interim!
