Really? Maybe it looks that way because I take wide lines for those swooping corners... while driving I suffer more from oversteer then understeer..

It looked as though the wheels were turning at a far greater angle than the car was turning??

Weird... I dont notice to much understeer... even have the back brakes a bit more sensative to bring the back around a little bit under braking... I'll check it on the replay one time of a free run.. should be visible.. :)

Bit laggy that race, but I loved going round the outside of Theewar on the long right hander. I would never of managed that with the pad, just shows I am getting use to the wheel.

That was a mess because of lag, GTP_BUTTON?? i apologise i could not help that hit.

Good move Reaper:tup:.by the way i am on s3 tyres,so lots of early braking for me:scared:

R1's for me, otherwise the F40 would be un drivable. :scared:

Also the RBE has a lot to answer for with this event. I have never seen so many punters. you get away from them then RBE lets them back at you. Scrap it I say. Supposed to be sim, let it be that way, and let them that capable be capable.

probably my last one aswell if there's no one from here racing. One trying the szk setup for the F40 and it's a handfull on Fuji.

uk86ze,

Stuck behind punters on that one.

I will post my tune up tommorow, as you stick like glue with it. Could be dangerous in the right hands.

See you later time for bed.

👍

Too bad as there were quite a few F40's in that last race aswell and a 40 won it aswell.
The 430 feels faster but the 40 is faster overall as I've just noticed tonight as I normally race the No Mercy event. What kind of race times are you guys getting?

Had some good races tonight. Quite a few good ones with SpecMiata-JWS. Good driver. I was excited to finally dip into the 43's during a race. With him chasing, I pulled out a 1:43.8. I am sure quite a few have run faster, but I was stoked to finally drop into the 43's after running low 44's for so long. :D

The RBE is quite important in lap time.
Here is what I did last week end with the F40

Races leaving 40 sec after the start = 2nd & 3rd lap around 1.40
Leading a race = lap around 1.50.

I agree, its very noticeable now that people have been able to play without it as well... I had one instance where I was at the back of the pack and probably 3 sec. behind the car in front of me and I was doing 1.43 laps... in the F40... freerun I get high 1.45s or low 1.46s with no mistakes.. so its obvious that the RBE was in FULL EFFECT there... :sly:

Sorry SteveO! I didnt think you were going to come by when I let Thanos pass... I got in the way there!

vick63 (FR) that guy is a tool :grumpy:

I found him fair until he hit me while chasing and we both spun...kinda....
Then the cat knocks the cup to the floor and I had to stop at the last lap...

All races ive been had contact...

sorry for the knocks and taps to anyone in contact :grumpy:👍
