Well its a combination of things.
First, people should be shot if they take shortcuts.
Same thing for going outside the track at the corner exits.
Second, absolutely no one is treating other cars as real people - people with real feelings and attitudes behind their own television. They are just pixels - that goes for punters and non-punters.
Third, people need to turn their aggression knob back down to 10. There is no need to screw someone over taking the inside into chicane. It just makes both cars slower, and then the victor has even less of a chance of catching the next guy's draft. There is no need to overtake someone at the end of the straight after T1 only to botch the next turn for 2-3-4 cars at a time.
And fourth, after four laps of perfectly clean racing, why do I get the touch penalty for someone else nailing me in a turn - while the entire race they have gotten by with everything but firing missiles at other cars.
And fifth, for some reason I am never as fast on the straight as other people seem to be. Maybe it is from them going wide at the T(last) exit, but it is driving me crazy nonetheless.
So that's what's bugging me. I'm sure you all feel the same way. I vote for waiting a full lap at the beginning, and at least having four laps of good racing.
