I've got to be honest... that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Hugo Boss are running a competition (apparently it's the 30th anniversary of their partnership with McLaren this year) where fans can design McLaren's racing overalls for each race (I've seen the gallery and there's some really good stuff in it). I think what adam46 is trying to suggest is that someone swapped Webber's can of Red Bull for a Foster's (seriously, this is such a stereotype - you can't even buy Foster's in Australia), and that Webber won the next round of the Hugo Boss competition when he threw up all over Lewis Hamilton because of the beer.
