This is the discussion thread for an article on GTPlanet:
I would be happy with a(n oled) dashboard that attaches to the wheelbase and displays all the interesting dataClearly Fanatec needs to make more devices with more screen space to plainly show drivers which gear they are in.
I can not recommend enough a good display that you can configure as you want and great positional ergonomics. It might even guarantee podium finishes. 🤷♀️I would be happy with a(n oled) dashboard that attaches to the wheelbase and displays all the interesting data
And then you try VR and it all goes away.. 😉I can not recommend enough a good display that you can configure as you want and great positional ergonomics. It might even guarantee podium finishes. 🤷♀️

Tried it an it was too lacking for my use cases. But if you want to race for 4+ hours with me using it nonstop, let me know when. It is fun to toy around in and awesome in so many ways, but still doesn't compare to good DDU display. and split deltas, tire temps/wear, personal rev display coloring, etc. Now if I could make a DDU in VR and DDUs and HUDs could be shared in game like liveries and tunes, and helmet skins...And then you try VR and it all goes away.. 😉
Same as with the V2.5X and other wheel rims. You can't change them though to anything else though, right?...It works in GT7, with the two thumb encoders, the fuel map and brake balance are adjusted.
