Interesting. Beta V1 tester and no code yet...... :/. I would like to give it to someone who would use it as I am not interested in the V2 at this time.

might take you up on that

Buddy texted me all in a tiffy about checking my email for a code like it seemed HE had one already, No code for me. =(

Just got my invite code this morning =) YAY! Very cool!

Curious thing though. I'm still waiting for a reply from their CS team on my V1 motor replacement. I sent an email regarding the motors not working anymore. They replied saying Option 1 $63.00 and they will fix it. Option 2, $35.00 and I can install the motors myself. Awesome =) I chose option 2. I can do it myself. The question they have not replied to yet is "how do order these motors?" I would really like to fix my V1 so I can play while I wait for a V2 =)

If anyone has gone thorough the replacement motor process, any insight would be appreciated.

Replacing the motor pack is pretty easy. I have done it a couple of times myself.

Just besure to mark the bolts on the frontplate, for the correct belt tension.
Ik you ask fanatec they will include a guide how to replace them.

They will ask you to send payment via PayPal or whatever and then send the motors. You might have to email again and remind them.

Thanks. It seems very straight forward. I'm not worried about it. Just waiting for them to reply with the Pay Pal payment, so I can get this B fixed and sold. =)

Just noticed the invite expires rather quickly. There's not a whole lot of time to convince respective girlfriends or spouses or both of the impending purchase. LOL

You can extend out for a couple months - you just need to log in and view the code and hit the extend button - which won't show up until it's at least a day old. You have to do this every week.

Hello guys, I am looking to sell my clubsport wheel base and formula rim, any idea what the going rate seems to be for these?

I got my invite code in today as well. I bought my CSW in mid August of 2012 for reference for anybody else. I went ahead and ordered it, but of course little bummed it wont be here until December, but oh well. Also waiting on the oval rim to be in stock. When the csw first came out I was saying it then that the only other rim I would want beside the bmw and formula is a oval racing wheel. They finally announce the new rims and the oval rim was the 2nd rim they showed but its still not yet in stock. It was supposed to be in stock on august 18th then on that day when it wont I emailed fanatec and they said it will be available "again" as they said, in 2 months then the date changed on the website until October 17. Don't really understand why they made it sound like it was available when it never was on their site just pre order only. My only guess is that they only had enough for the people that pre ordered it. I hope its in stock this next time when they say.

@Special 1, From what Ive seen the bases are going in the $400-$440 range and the rim I would imagine you could get close to full price probably around $150 or so. I would just look on ebay and other sim forums and see if any are for sale and try to judge off of that. When I get my V2 I'll be selling my V1 and I'm looking to get around $400.

it says november on fanatec europe when i log in, what does that mean

I think it means that the batch of 30th september is sold out and the next batch will arrive mid november. So if you order now you should get your base just before sinterklaas:lol:

Whoa! I sold my CSR-E for $637.00 on ebay, surprised they don't go for more. I guess the cross compatibility makes a difference for some people.

Well the CSR-E is pretty much the primo wheel for x360 with nothing else ever coming so I guess it's not super surprising they'd go for a bit more. $637 is impressive though.

I got my invite! How long does it last for? I don't have the money for it right now.
If you log in to your Fanatec account once a week you can extend the invite by pressing the extend button each time for a couple of months I think. If you don't extend it it will expire quite quickly.

grrr..just got my code and hadn't been keeping up, I assumed codes would be emailed out as stock was available and now it looks like December :( Oh well, better than January :D

Just got my code. Surprised I got one so soon. Maybe they are also considering CSR wheel owners?

Bought my CSR wheel (not Elite) on 12/05/2011
Bought my CSW wheelbase on 3/23/2014
