FYR, Mine is CSL padels.Does the playseat challenge work with the csl elite and clubsport v3 pedals?trying to decide on a rig/stand to buy
It seems the new FW has changed how the FEI (force effects intensity) tuning menu option works. In the previous FW, it went from 000 to 010, with 000 being unchanged FFB from the game, and 010 being the maximum smoothing applied to the FFB, to reduce the infamous clunking. Now the setting goes from OFF to 100, in stages of ten. The main difference now is that "OFF" operates as the maximum smoothing of the FFB, and "100" is the pure FFB from the game. So in effect they've swapped it around. 100 is the new 000, and OFF is the new 010. I discovered this when testing the new compatibility mode in Driveclub.
OFF dose not means No Force Effect, it means "no smoothing of the FFB".They said on facebook FEI is changed.
OFF means No Force Effects, i do not understand why thy recommend setting this to OFF for GTS, the wheel feels dead with OFF

Is anybody using the CSL Elite PS4 base with the CSL Elite P1 rim on Forza 7 for Xbox? If so, are your rev leds either on the wheel base or the wheel rim working?
No LEDs on xbox, Forza 7 Windows, LEDs and Display work fine.
Is that plexiglass bar neccesary? Are the provided stability bars not sturdy enough? They said on facebook FEI is changed.

Good to know it's not just me.
However, I did the v293 update and now my wheel shuts off randomly.

I had that one time on pc yesterday
Trying to solve this with Fanatec is really annoying because it takes about 8-10 hours between email replies.
Yes, I do not have the option available. From what people have said that option should be in the bottom right corner of the support contact page and it is not there.Did you try the live chat to get immediate response?
Sorry, i don’t know if i understand your question, my English isn’t the best.
But the FEI Setting was created for noise/clunk controll, not for durability.
Sorry that question was meant for Dabinn! My mistake! Is that plexiglass bar neccesary? Are the provided stability bars not sturdy enough?

Some modification may be needed to mount the pedals.
If you do the FFB test on the Fanatec Driver ap does your wheel turn off completely? That's what mine does, even after I reverted back to v292.
Exactly what kind of noise are you hearing? My CSL elite has some issue of rubbing noise, I 've send email to Fanatec CS for 2 days, but they didn't reply either.
Found him coincidentally on YouTube. He has a video with the rubbing sound:Exactly what kind of noise are you hearing?

Yes, it is necessary to prevent the pedals from sliding. Is that plexiglass bar neccesary? Are the provided stability bars not sturdy enough?
Thank you for your concern. Since Fanatec CS has no reply for 3 days, I open the cover of CSL myself to see what causes the noise.Interesting. Mine makes a very slight noise (almost like a hiss), but not like that. Something isn’t right with his wheel.
Were you able to fix it?Thank you for your concern. Since Fanatec CS has no reply for 3 days, I open the cover of CSL myself to see what causes the noise.
And found the spur gear of the motor was loose and rubbed on the belt together with the white pulley.
