Fastest car in GT2

nah if you do that then your scarificing your top speed. if you max the ratios then for most of the time the gears arent in the power band and therefore you will not reach a top speed. you really need to fiddle with the ratios.

before every race in any car i always do a few hot laps and get my ratios right so that im maxed out just before i brake at the straight.

same with 400m, 1000m and top speed. i always have my car set up so that the gear changes occurr in the power band. nenver out of max power.

you do this and youll get a better top speed.

I may be crazy... but For the road courses (on which you will never see and ESCUDO). I have to continue to back the Cerbera LM, and the [R]R390-GT1. Both of these cars seem underpowered. (<700HP). Well driven, both of these cars will eat the AI alive on GT2.

test course is the oval track man. i think your confused with some other track. test course is where you do the machine tests. you know the 400m 1000m and the top speed. no hairpins lol

that's where i got my 404kph, on the test track. the way your post reads is you should be able to get a hell of a lot more kilometers racing the pikes peak

i get you now!

i got sick of doing the test track backwards, so i just gave up. another way to get lots of kilometers up is get outside of laguna seca and just keep driving, cause there is no boundries!

yeah but thats kinda not the point...i mean top speed on the test course. i can hit over 440 in the escudo on the test course, just keep tweaking the geat ratios.

the drag gtr is the fastest car in a straight line no questions asked. it spins the wheels all the way through all 6 gears while going down the straight...farkn awesome automobile.

i killed the gt-one and everything else with my escudo, nothing can match its acceleration, only thing is, its too expensive!

They need to make an add on disc for gt2 with a drag strip about 200 kilometres long. Thats the only way to test proper top speed. On a flat dead straight peice of bitumen.
