I've been on and off schedule today due to matching issues and disconnections, but have had some of the most exhilirating and memorable races since the 512 event, Suzuka 550PP really is the absolute jewel in the crown these days. A big thanks to GTRP_RudiRaser[DE], KOR_Hellrazor[US], KOR_Dillinger[US], KOR_Tyrant[US], NeunAchtel[DE], GTNDC_Honeycar[CH], TL_Bjorn[NO] :bowdown:

I managed a new best lap in free run which came out of nowhere, 2'15.213. Added to GTDB http://gtdb.net/?laps/1/550/2/*/3

My game froze when I was on the grid yesterday night. i am positively sure that happened to others GTP members.

Could you set up alternative start time in case we encounter this problem ?

Really frustated when that happened, even more frustrated to wait for the next scheduled start.

In this case, it could be:


Synwraith
Suzuka 550pp World Event - Honda NSX-R - S3 tyres only​

xx:05 - xx:25 - xx:45​
alternative starts: xx:10 - xx:30 - xx:50​


No waiting at start

The problem there is there are other threads here for Suzuka this month, you'll run into those races.
On NTSC, when we FTC we go 2 minutes after the normal time and get a race with the rest of the FTC crowd.
 
Trying to have some races here today but keep getting signed out of PSN and failed to connect or connecting then being a spectator :ouch:

Will try again at 05 👍

Managed a better fastest lap of 2.16.8xx in free air still with DC tune a lot of room for improvement though

@ Rutter200 sorry for the bumps in that race the lag was terrible :ouch:

Connection is an absolute joke tonight, between PD servers and the PSN network continually crashing, connecting to a race is virtually impossible. Just as we get a good event update, back to the same old connection rubbish 👎

Sort it out PD :grumpy:

I was having the same problems with about 8 of my 12 attempts to race today. At this point I'm about to give up on Prologue, as it seems PD couldn't care less about the quality of online racing for the die-hard players 👎
 
It was pretty bad yesterday as well. It seemed like every time I tried to join, it would never match the first time, always had to rematch :ouch:
I'm going to try again to join for a couple starting at :25

I've uploaded a couple of laps a while back so it's worked before. The odd thing is, I can log in at the playstation site, but the log in on the gtdb site doesn't work for me.

If anyone can be bothered to email them, click on the link below and there's a contact email for me there.

:( Couldn't join several times. And froze on the grid one time, than needed to reboot and lost the tune. Did some consistant 2'17.5 hoping to get in the 16's soon.
 
Some of you guys ended up in the RX8 event with all those DC's. :lol: I can beat some of the NSX on S tires but you guys are way to fast
 
Spyrarri: Sorry for ramming into the back of you at the chicane mate! :ouch: :nervous: Unfortunately I got nudged off into the grass by adolf under braking :guilty: I should have just waited back and played it safe, but I was getting a bit impatient after being the caboose of that 5 car train :dunce: :lol:

No worries buddy,i actually saw it comming and these things just happen sometimes... 👍 :)

This guy is pretty quick,but i cannot stand anybody who chooses to have a username like he has...👎 👎 👎 :yuck: ...

On another note, I tried to join in for the last race but the game froze during the loading sequence. So I restarted the POS3 and now I can't get logged in to PSN. Go figure... :rolleyes:

Same here ,and this happend now for the 2nd time this evening,so i am off....i really hope PD does something about this ,because its now getting frustratingly anoying...:yuck:

Sorry if some of you are having trouble logging on to gtdb.

A few weeks ago I've added a function that asks the PSN servers for your account name if it hasn't been verified yet. It seems that the current PSN hiccups prevent this feature from working as intended, so I've deactivated it for the time being.

You should be able to log in now, Alexi. 👍

(And thanks everyone for the laps that have been posted for this event so far - some brilliant stuff. :cheers: :bowdown:)

Dragged my G25 and stand out from behind the sofa as I normally do, this time I hurt my back........ sit it down load the PS3 up try and log in to the PSN and it fails all the time.

What makes it worse is not my back now hurting, but as I have the downloaded version from the PS store I cannot even load the game up as it asks me to login in. Well I wish I could, might have to dig out my Japenese disc and play on that one but it will be on SPEC I.

Was finally getting the hang of the circuit and car last night managed a 2.19 (while intoxicated) then my 7 month old started to cry so had to go look after him.

So 2 nights and no action lol :(
