I watch later the Replay and Alonso and i decided then what we make.

If this was a real F1, T1 would have been a cause for restart. Anyways, funny thing is my best lap, while being 5th best, was still pathetic compared to what I was practicing in the 7s on 1/2 tank and fresh softs. I suppose last minute LSD tweak, plus loosing my composure after being knocked off track got the best of me (again). On to Tokyo...

T1 incidents happen almost every race. We have 0 peripheral vision (unless your lucky and have 3 tvs where you can see your mirrors all the time). Not to excuse them, because you should always brake early with cold tires and full fuel, but a lot of people don't. Plus the braking point isn't generally the same place as it is when you are coming full speed (not from start line). I try to give people a wide berth for T1. Doesn't always work, but it has helped. We've tried to keep restarts to only techinical issues, not accidents.

I think they're is a discrepancy between times done in the Practice mode offline and Online Lobbies (even private Lounges). Not really sure why. Whenever I practice (which is rare now-a-days unfortunately) I do it in an online lobby.

We had a lot of quitters this last race. Oshawa for painful reasons, Gangsta because he is a tool, and chatty for some reason. Did Chatty have a wheel problem (brake pedal) again? Gotta get that fixed.

What's the Immortal time to beat at Tokyo? Is 1:14 any good?

I think a 1:14 is what us mortals will do. If I were a betting man, he'll be doing high 1:11s.

It was my first kick at the can. Didn't do very many laps... I suspect faster times are very possible. My Shuto Ko wasn't very tight, neither was Akasaka-Mitsuki. Might be able to shave a bit off the Subway too..

Oh for heaven's sake, tweak the tranny and 1:10s are prolly the AVG. Friggin fun track with F1s (who knew?)... 1:11.1 so far with a bit o paint on a couple rails... Subway still needs work ... Shuto Ko is a WOOT!
 
I wasn't trying to be an a.., I actually haven't tried Tokyo with the F10 that I can remember, but pretty sure I have done 1:10s or 11s with the F2007. I know that on some tracks there is a second or two difference ie Spa. I was pretty much just thinking out loud, crap, it's one of those tracks where the F2007 is that much faster.
 
That looks like an awesome F1 / X1 track. We should add it to our season if it arrives in the next few weeks, but I don't think we can get that lucky.

I was poking at myself... not you :) Here I thought 1:14 was half decent, but when I adjusted to get the right gear in certain turns I was much faster. Anyone practicing?

Looks like lots of practice going on i should have have some time later in the days this week.
And yes 1:12 is where your gonna need to be i was running 1:12 in the F10 with tire ware off so a 1:13 isnt bad .

And that new track is Motegi which probably wont be avalible till a month from now at the very eariest.
 
Ok mate cool i think you both can drive in team F1 Magic the both drivers dont drive more.

After i gave him info on the series.

Guys like Rev make things interesting. He is right about the days when the F10 was difficult to drive...he was the F10 King.
 
Holy cow you gotta be kidding. You might wanna remove this Soap opera from the thread. Rev believes he's better than Immortal, but doesn't want to race the series. Something smells in Baku, Azerbaijan, and leave it at that.

Oh boy, didnt know rev had sucha high opinion of himself like that. What surprises me is that all the fast guys i know do not get involved in these soap operas, they make their voices heard on the track and by winning races. Thet also don't go around telling everyone how fast they are, they dont quit or come up with excuses when they lose, and most importantly they respect their fellow racers, whether fast or slow.
I also find it very hard to believe that IMMORTAL would ban anyone, i mean if he let GANGSTA race at Indy after the abuse we ALL got at Nurburg, then surely ANYONE is welcome.

Wilso Reventons Head is not ok.
He have drive in our Pre Saeson Race in Spa he cut only corners 2 drivers have send me 10 messages the drivers was angry because Reventon drive dirty he pusch all drivers out.
Its not because he is fast.
I have drive often against him and i have won always with a big gap.
GANGSTA talk also much but he drive clean he dont cut and dont pusch other drivers out.
Our start Grid looks good now.
When he is in the lobby he talk only what i should change when he know all so good he should make his own league.
 
What a lame attitude from that guy "Reventon". I don't even know him, but after reading that stuff I don't even want to meet him...

It's not the same to THINK that you're the best, than TRY to be the best.

Is that you on your Kart IMMORTAL, your new profile pic? I remember when i used to jump up and down to gain acceleration out of corners to get hundredths and thousands on our lap times :)
