I don't want to delay the race for everyone else because what I do today can end from 12:00pm PST to about 4:00pm PST. If I make it, that's good, if I don't, its a shame. Hopefully I'll make it, but I may not.

Hey guys,
Guess what, the NEW wheel broke during GT Academy. It was off center to the left, so i thought i'd callibrate it usisng the PC and it went from bad to worse, now it does half initializing and gets stuck of the left and starts flashing the GT logo in the middle. Almost like the sensor is broken, talk about luck huh?

DFGT seems not good try to get the g27 you have 0 problems with that wheel.

You can't buy a break can you. Do you feel like disassembling it? I think you did that to your last one and still got it covered under warranty. Not sure what you'll find, but you never know.

I don't get mad very often but I'm p'd off. My best q ever at mid 1:07 and consistent low 1:08s, and just as the race starts up I could tell something had gone wrong. The countdown never finished and stayed on my screen. The chat screen didn't go away. The car wouldn't accelerate at the start and it was just a mess. Tried not to be too distracted by the weirdness of it all, but it was all down hill from there. Tried to pit but car wouldn't stop. It was a mess. I couldn't pit or leave to lobby, could only shut down ps3.

Looks like Artmannn's problem from Suzuka. In theory we can reset the race for that. Any PS3 network/GT5 bugs warrant a restart. That was a good Qualifying place/time. Bad luck, big time. I guess next time if you have a problem like that, move over text that you have a problem and since Immortal will be in front he can make the call, just explain what is wrong. I'm not sure if we should re qualify or try to regrid after that, but at least you'd be racing.

Did I forget to mention I couldn't text? I couldn't pull up the option screen to text or go to lobby.

Damn Joe, that's exactly what i had at Suzuka and had to leave. I think it happens if you try to go on track while the counter is counting down. Unlucky mate, i had traffic on my last lap before race started, was 3 tenths down IMMORTALS time in sector 2 and someone got in my way at the S's.
otherwise it was a good race, only had a 1 stopper onto mediums on lap 20 hoping IMMORTAL would 2 stop but he only 1 stopped on the softs, had a little get together with my team mate again but he was trying to unlap himself and go for 3rd.
I managed to fix my wheel an hour before the race here's how:

To add onto that i believe it was me who spun Gangsta at turn one , i was on the inside and i dont think he saw me there and actually im not shure i saw him . But what seemed to happen was he was closing the door on me as i was entering the corner.
anyway great race had a good start and kept up with Toolo for awhile.
Im actually not shure yet if im gonna do a race recap for this one well just wait and see.

and killa can drive in team Ares or in team F1 magic i dont think that antz and stickboy drive more.

I guess in that case, shoot off an "email" to Immortal with as much in the title as you can. Like "Please restart, bug!". something like that. He'll only have something like 5s to see it, but it's better than nothing, and like I said he'll be up front and can decide to restart or not. He could probably read the whole email while us mortals catch up.
Yeah a 1:07 during qualifying is almost Immortal-ish. I'm surprised we didn't hear about a guy with a high powered rifle in a clocktower in Canada tonight. That's more of a crazy American thing though.
I wonder what would happen if we all got a one lap head start on Immortal. I don't think there is a race this season where I haven't been lapped.
On a side note. I may have the second race (Suzuka) video done by the time the season is over. Kind of sad, but true. I planned on doing the Spa race, but not so sure. I am placing commentary and fixing up titles and such, but it has been a real slow go. I need a team of video editors to help me; so I can go do something else. My wrist is like puddy, and not because of stroking it this time.

If this was a real F1, T1 would have been a cause for restart. Anyways, funny thing is my best lap, while being 5th best, was still pathetic compared to what I was practicing in the 7s on 1/2 tank and fresh softs. I suppose last minute LSD tweak, plus loosing my composure after being knocked off track got the best of me (again). On to Tokyo...
