However and this is the important bit those speeds you guys posted is with your PC right well your PS3 wont be the same.
Go on your PS3 browser and search speedtest mini the url speedtest.net/mini.php
On my PC i average 25mb/s but on the PS3 just 7.7mb/s

But on the pc you see also good conecion or bad because its the conecion for the ps3.

The speed difference using that test is because the PS3's browser is a piece of 🤬... my PS3 runs higher speeds than your PC in the inbuilt speed test, but using that it was trying to say 3 down and 0.9 up or something.

I just tried, but my PC isn't very cooperative. My browser crashed, then it said download was slower than upload and finally looked to be moving in the right direction with 20ish download and upload 10 before crashing again. My PC is too old to get an accurate reading, there's no other explanation for download speed growing to 4 times what it was.
The only way to be sure on who is best to host is a lobby test, I've often noticed that hosts in the US have a terrible connection when there are Europeans in their lobby, even if they have good Internet. Probably something to do with "national security"...

This looks like the best connection so far, and upload speed is more important than download when it comes to hosting.
No point in doing other test, we all need to show our PC tests here, we know that the PS3 is much slower but it is just an indication as to who has the best connection.
bigtexlpfan, make sure your sisters are off Netflix when you do yours
Leyba's rooms have less lag too, so if you can also paste your results here good Doctor.

I always knew you had the fastest connection with the live stream and racing at the same time.
You just got a 10 point deduction, just for mentioning your pending doom.
No kidding on Gazzi's connection. I don't stream mostly for that reason.
Does this mean we'll start on time. He he, couldn't help. Actually, I don't envy Gazzi at all nor Immortal. Keeping you guys in line can be a chore. That and remembering all the settings and such, but enough people double check those.

With speed like that, he can stream, race, download torrents and and get bigtexlpfan's sisters to stream HD movies from Netflix and it still wouldn't lag.

I tried channeling some Lotus F1 mojo at Spa, but it appeared I was more Grosjean to Cbastjan's Kimi. Although, I couldn't get any points. 👎

I see the BBC has a new F1 intro. Pretty nice. For those state side, what did you think of NBC's broadcast? Their intro is lame, and the music stinks. They need to get someone to tell poor Will that a driver is on the radio. I liked NBC's uninterupted coverage during commercials, but they need to make both screens bigger or just go to commercials and get it over with. I think they have some polishing to do, but not all bad.

Ok guys then thats sorted. I will host the practice race on thursday. Artman is safe from Bernard Matthews and his BOOTIFUL chicken. And I think we're safe from lag when I live stream. When I've played with ppl in my chatbox no1 complained. Just to put your minds at ease I can broadcast on thursday to see if we lag at all. Safe.
