Apparently FEMA is refusing to provide money to help rebuild. Just saw this on my FB feed.

Don't see why they should.

From what I have read,

FEMA is an emergency fund, the kind of fund seems more for natural disasters, like the rebuilding of homes and housing for all those effected by the tornadoes the US got hit by.

I am sure the insurance will cover costs for the rebuild of the plant and any damages caused by the accident.
