Great vid Karsten, thanks!

After qualifying second had a great race with Aboe and Skengd. Unfortunately i made too mich little errors too take the win but am happy with second as well!

just a quick point. when i stopped for fuel with 25 minutes left to go in the race i only needed 50 litres of fuel i think.
but going into the pits i accidentally hit the gas pedal going over the line and my pit crew fueled me to full.
This meant i ended the race with just over half a tank of fuel.

When we raced last times it would give option to put fuel in to last the end of the race - now with endurance setting
it seems to fill the tank to the top - unless there is only 15 minutes left top go in the race.

Is this something anyone else has noticed.?

Trying to make it the best i can but my "capture card" (in brackets because it sucks too much and it's actually a usb stick) completely lacks the possibility of recording HD... The graphics are quite bad too, but i would need some help for having a better presentation :P

and yes in endurance now you have to make a math of your fuel usage! testing is important!

well- dont really need HD - you make a lot of effort to make the videos and i love them

I'm testing the Lexus as well, If need be, would I be able to switch?

Edit: Nevermind I'll just stick with the RE Amemiya or whatever it is.

Seems i missed a good race with alot of fighting :(

@azidahaka Great video as allways if i got the mony i would buy you a new capture device :)

Lol i hope i'll get some money too :D in any case glad you and the others enjoy the videos :)

Btw, are you racing on monday? I'm sure you can do great, but be aware that our brz suffers tremendously with tires!

Good video @azidahaka. Shame I wasn't in it.

Unfortunately I will miss Monday's race also due to work commitments. I'll still be online over the weekend and if I see a room, I'll jump in for some practice anyway.

Have fun guys I think I will miss this one .

I might be able to join and do about half distance .

it's a GOLDEN chance for those at full HP to snatch a shining victory and get some margin in the championship! ;)

then next week our favorite dinosaur is back and hungrier than usual lol

ok all can call me stupid for running with deteriorated chassys.... :banghead::banghead::banghead:

no wonder i couldn't throw car in the corners like i did in training or keeping speed in long turns...🤬

oh well i'll proceed to record video but i won't record all the pit stop mess :D

Great racing yesterday to be honest! Had some amazing battles.
I could have had the perfect race if i had tanked 5 liters more in the second stop. Tried to economize on fuel last 20min but would never have made it so had to go for a splash and dash..
Then it got a little bit rough with Canyon Drifter for 2nd but i think we handled it fair!

Monza -20hp, hope to be competitive!

My view is
from someone thats often near the last in races

I really would not take satisfaction in winning a race with other cars having much less power

Ideally of course all cars would have close racing all the way through the race.

The problem is some drivers are so much faster and more consistant than others and so even if all cars were the same there would always be differences in speed

I understand those that do well in races and then get power penalties must take away the enjoyment knowing they are going to struggle at the next race -

In my opinion its up to the slower guys to get faster to catch the fast guys

so however much time is spent balancing the cars it makes no difference it will never be equal

my thoughts are that i would like a one make endurance series
with only power restriction. As i think time spent setting cars up could help those that are slower

thats just me, but i can imagine going into a Monza race -30 hp must be a real downer

A one make series would be kl, especially with tuning being allowed - it would help everyone to get the car handling to nearer each person's ideal.

Honestly, though, having a power penalty of -30bhp for the Monza race is really not a problem for me personally. I knew the deal when I signed up - I'd be penalised if I did reasonably well in races. I actually like that it's there, provided it does what it's intended to do - decrease the disparity in speed between the drivers. And anyway, the maximum penalty a driver can be given is -30bhp (about 10% of overall power, approximately) so it's quite reasonable.
Of course, there is the argument - should a driver be penalised because he or she is a good driver? It's a moot point, I'm sure.
