Karsten, i am beginning to think it may be an idea to let everyone have whatever car they want ?
i know you love the idea of all having different cars , however from a personal opinion , i would like it if we all had the same car - as you want close racing and the success penalties for winners would be fairer as their car may have been better suited to a track they won on , then they are penalized for the next race for a track that may not suit their car at all ? i know you want closer racing , and having all the same cars would help that , it may also encourage others to join knowing they wont get stuck in a car that is not as good as other cars - take the gara, very fast and a great car - however at no point would it be possible to run a whole race without spinning off at least 3 times in my estimates , as its just so hard to control - compared with say the rx7 that is so forgiving , so even when you match the cars performances you can never match the driveability and that counts for a lot in races that last for 90 minutes , thats my view anyway ? i am not complaining - i love the series for the drivers in it and the long races - and will do whatever you decide- however i would be interested on others views >

Sorry logic that's my fault, we were going to have the impreza bit I just didn't like it in race situations. When I jumped back into the rx7, it just fit with my driving style so much better.
I do think for season 3 people should pick a car in reverse order of the standings. And then new teams will be formed when the car has 4 drivers. But this is a long way away yet and I'm looking forward to season 2

I would race a one make series but I don't think we should do that. The rx-7 is the fastest by a little but the BRZ and Lexus can easily keep up for a competitve race. Me Skeng and ekke had those 3 cars on motegi and would of been bumper to bumper for 20 laps if I wouldn't of spun and ekke lagging. The one thing I worry about with the rx-7 is that it has much better tire wear than the other cars because of it's weight distribution. I do feel the wrx needs the 10 extra hp to really be competitive. Also there are 2 BRZ's, 2 Lexus, and 4 WRX's right? As far as tracks I'm assuming we race real world tracks mostly?

No changes, we'll keep a varied field. Different hps make things even and we have success penalty too this season.
@BAZZER it is a good idea but could lead to teams being broken up...
We'll see if rx7 will prove that better, i have some doubts as shown by skeng last season. Brz is very good too, aboe at 320 had wonderful races.
I think brz and is350 on skilled hands can be as fast or faster than rx7; but indeed the mazda is really hop in and drive friendly

Thanks Pr, i will try that although i will be writing a strong letter to Lexus, ive never brought a new car and had to change the oil as soon as i got home before .

It's on all cars in GT5/6, I guess it's because they add Motorsport oil?
Worth knowing tho for that extra bhp
