Fixed! :D

There will be a week break in between Rounds 2 and 3, I will be out of town that week. Times have also been updated as well.

One more thing, I hate to keep changing the calender and stuff, but... How many of you guys would be interested in swapping out Tokyo for the Red Bull Ring?

Why not make it the bonus round?
 
So that really sucked. I almost threw my ps3 out the window, but then later found out it was NOT the GT servers for once, but instead my whole neighborhood lost all cable connection. I think they redid the whole area's system. But still what bad timing. That was going to be a fun race. I was considering a risky strategy and wanted to see if it was going to pay off.

That Citroen is weird. I cannot push the car, and it will not let me push the car. The old adage slow is fast rings true in that beast.

Well you really didn't miss much..my tune vanished and the McLaren was so slow in the infield the B cars ate me alive. It was PERFECT before the upgrade...guess new physics demands new tunes....and then there were two....TWO... drive throughs of the pits...no board...no pit crew...no nothing. I was pissed last time when I got what they gave me not what I wanted...now I'm ********. It is very hard to do well with a demented pit crew.
Congrats to all who did better..,I'll take 5 out of 7 this time....better than a DISCO

I just saw all the messages on the downstairs PS3....thanks to all of you for trying to GET me. I was dawdling along thinking the room opened at 930... Not qualifying...mea culpa:dunce:

Overall, I think last night went over well. Racing was good, and people seemed to deal with traffic pretty well. And I just thought it was cool that we had no duplicate cars on the grid! Sorry we lost VELOCI, but it sounded like you had a minor explosion somewhere on your end. Hoping next week will be better.

Now, I have realized that we talked about it, but I never made an official post to say that we had moved the start times. For that, I apologize, and I will do so now.

We are officially starting qualifying at 10:30pm.

I know we had one person leave due to time, but I believe if we start on time, this will not be an issue. We should finish up at around 12:15am EST.

We will keep the calender the same and move to Tokyo R246 next week. We'll also try to expand the Group B field.
Practice will be on Tuesday night, race on Thursday.

The earlier start time was way better. I can handle finishing around 12:30. I had a lot of fun, wish I could have just kept the dang Camaro on the track, every time I dropped a wheel slightly I'd end up in the grass spinning. Then I took out the Viper on one of my spins (sorry :guilty:). I didn't feel like I was too slow though and that was a good thing, was only a second off in qualifying and I was up to that speed in the race so that was really just getting used to the car on the track. May have to practice Tokyo way more than I practiced daytona. Gotta work on getting the power down in that thing too, think that may be slowing me down a little. Had my own run in with pit drive through, it was totally my fault though, I barrelled into pit road at full speed so when the game tried to slow me down my car spun out. Learned a valuable lesson.

@joe_diben will drive the LIB McLaren and @Nail-27 will drive the Subaru...or can I drive my Camaro. Joe didn't know this.....:lol:. He wants more wheel to wheel...me I just like driving.

Nail you have a better car in the group B, you should be able to take me at Tokyo. Don't move out of the way when we're racing ;) I am confident it will be a good battle. Also watch out for Jay's Camaro. I think it has top speed advantage here.
 
Just want to say a quick thing with class switching. If you really want to, it's allowed. But just know that your points will be reset for the new class. So this is the only week you can do so and still receive maximum points for the series. Points would also reset for each switch, so if you go from A to B, then back to A, you will lose the A points you started with. It goes along with the 'start and finish the season in the class and car you signed up with' part.
 
Since I will not be in practice tonight, can anyone in Group B post some times they are hitting? I don't think the Lexus is going to match up with the fastest times here.

No worries, I am just hanging out in the pits right now enjoying the lead all by my lonesome :-( we need more Group B drivers.

We are in talks now of reworking things. I can't promise, but I am going to make an effort to recruit people for this or whatever direction this series goes
 
Hi Flip, Sorry but I have to withdraw from the championship, many people in my work went on vacation and a few too is on sick leave, and unfortunately most of the time I spend at work and at home I'm just a guest, have fun and see you at the next opportunity.
 
Sorry guys I had a lot of distractions Thursday night and couldn't continue. Have you considered dropping group b? I wouldn't mind running group a, just thought I'd be more competitive in group b
