The F2007 was wicked at trial Mtn. I think I remember seeing really low times, like 54s or something. These FGT's are fun going in a straight line & drafting, but not so entertaining in the twisties.

I wish you could race the Ferrari F1s against the FGTs & maybe throw some other types of F1s in there. That would really make things interesting.

I did my testings today.
I´m 1second faster then S1, but thats easy because S1 Trial Mountain was the first SRF-Race for me.
1:01.832 was my fastest
=> You crazy driving under 1minute !!! 👍

I can do more Laps, but I´m totally inconsistant here. Did I mention TM isn´t made for the FGT ??
Hope I get my consistancy so I can manage a midfield result.

Smithaz- Looking at maybe 10 laps before the tyres become a total nightmare, its a risk how hard to push so you dont have to stop 5 times
If I get into the 'zone' like last year you guys wont stand a chance
Oh and we dont discuss the issues once the steward report is done mate. Can you make indy tomorrow at 845pm?

Rich- I hope they are not your car tyres mate

Sakery- I managed a very low 1.01 but could go faster, I believe the handling has gone weird after spec 2.0. I had to change my whole set up and there was lots of swearing!
Like you say, if you can be consistent and not crash you will do very well here, TM is not made for FGT's but should be very interestin. Did I mention that Smart heare won the practise race using these tactics 👍

I have been wondering the same thing. I pray for some GT3/4 tracks and also real world.
They would go into the championship straight away if they were any good
IMO tracks are the most important part of DLC.

Monza & Suzuka will be on my jtv page for next 6-7 days.Unfortunatly the software i found was a trial and ran out but i will read up on other ways to put races on,even upgrade to pro so the races stay longer.
Please put me down for indy too,ill see how i go with lag,even the slightest touch here can cause chaos and in my head murray walker would be screaming "and look at that"

Dont think il be able to make it tonight. May be on for a bit of practice at 7ish. I think a 3 stopper will be do-able if i dont drive too aggressively. Do mediums even last longer than softs, never seen much difference in past experience. Certainly will be hard to find the balance between lap time and tyre wear tho.
Whats this talk of new DLC tracks, is there some new news that i havent heard of? GT really needs more tracks though, i was hoping for a bit more than we got with the current DLC.

Skate- Anything F1, classic or otherwise would be cool but dont hold your breath, I have heard they will be bringing out 43 more skylines in the next DLC

Pope- The main championship is full to bursting at the moment mate but you are more than welcome to join us for indy (oval) later on at 645gmt. Confirm on this thread if you are in.

Musolino- Np mate, see you sunday or practice before.

PB- Ill check it out, hopefully your lag wont be too bad mate and I am sure we will all let you know if you are giving us the 'Hamilton' treatment

Smithaz- Every now and again click on the news tab top left. A few articles ago PD confirmed DLC every 2 months, some people calculated there will be a pre xmas DLC and I am praying for Seattle, midfield, apricot hill and SSR11 from GT3/4.
Shame you cant make it you would have really enjoyed ....."driving straight and then turning to the left" lol.

I did the A-Spec Indy 500 in my FGT with racing softs, and tire wear isn't as much of an issue as fuel is(I ran out of fuel while my tires were still fine). That should be what determines your amount pit stops. The only way to save fuel: draft, draft, and more draft. It's better to stay at the same pace behind somebody at partial throttle than to pass them in this type of race.
