I would have to look at the course to confirm. Basically it was the same rules as normal but you can do what you like to get round the chicanes. Or we could police the chicanes if the stewards are prepared to watch every meter of the race for their two drivers.

There is a concrete wall in the middle and sand traps on the outside so basically you can get round them however you like. That was what we did last season (you included) so shall we do that again or play it excactly to the rules and declare the 2 wheels on the track (kerb inclusive) rule?

I think last season we allowed the green bits, the tiny bits on the first chicane and the big bit on the second on the right hand side. I shall check the replay if I have it

I have it too, if you were cutting it you didnt tell me Also SM, you qualified 2nd, not 4th! Or at least you started in 2nd anyway.
EDIT: Just remembered GS penalties which could explain why, never mind

Yeah we were both cutting the small sections off the apex you turnip! SM got second because of the GS penalties.

I just don't get how you guys go through the corners so fast, I take a lot of car not to let my car oversteer, using just a bit of throttle while braking, but you guys seem to get the back out a little bit, using the SRF to your advantage. serves me right for being used to racing without SRF. :'(

You misunderstood, I did have it on, I'm just not used to it as you guys are as you all know how fast you can take a corner, but I'm used to it off, which means a lot more throttle control and effectively slower cornering.

This, I just can't atm, I've got to train myself to go faster, kind of like when Jeremy had a go in a Lotus F1 style car on top gear, and he had to get his brain to know he can go faster in the corners than he is used to.

I was in my lounge on my own just having a quick practice at Monza and I found a resonable tune and got a 1:18.2 as my best lap and then Spurgey joins the lobby...

Hey lads have a look at this. I did that A-Spec seasonal at Nurbo for 1mil and it was quite a challenge, only won by 6 seconds. Have a look at this last straight. This is how it's done
