FIA GT World Championship [S2] | Aboe and SK8RBOI Are Champions!Finished

it states that i am american in this, im british
Fixed 👍
Also, it would be nice if the flag icons were like those used for the FIA GT1/GT/BGT Series. ;)
If you find a web page where I can download all flags I need, I'll take them 👍. For now I use Free Flags Icons which is a really good flags database.
Sorry @joetruckv8 :( Looks like you got the slowest driver as your partner, I'll do my best to keep up :P
Don't worry, I'm sure fast guys here will help with their setups. I really encourage anyone to share their experience. The purpose in a GT online Series is to win of course, but also to have really good moments with your fellows. You need to practice Joao for sure, but don't worry, I'm sure that if you concentrate enough and ask advices etc, you'll improve quickly.

Remember guys, it's always good to share things you know. You won't be penalized giving your setup to someone slower, he won't be suddenly faster than you with your setup, but at least, it could help him to handle his car better and that kind of help is really appreciated.

--------------------------------

Well, I hope you appreciate how we made the Grading board, hope it's clear enough for everyone. I'm sure there are some bugs but I'll fix them as soon as I spot them.
I also hope that you appreciate the way we used to announce the teams. I confess it was a very big thing to organize behind the scene. I also hope that everyone is satisfied enough with his car allocation. The system we used couldn't allow us (staff) to know who will be in what car until the last driver done his grading session. We just had datas under eyes but just one place can change all the choices.

I'm really happy that we finished this first step :)

We'll announce tomorrow the pre-season race informations. I can already say that it'll be at Red Bull Ring.

Thank you all!!! :gtpflag:

PS: If you spot any mistake, feel free to contact us using the staff list at bottom of OP#1 ;)

Not much yet in PRO as most of them are European. I'm so lonely. But SSJGZ we are in Chevy now like BMW last season!
Just like last season from BMW to Chevy! Just saying Chevy pays better than BMW ahah :D. Excited for this season lol will PRO and AM drivers be able to share set up info if they are in the same car?

Team Name: GT Academy Team RJN
Driver 1: yuc2002 | yuc2002
Driver 2: CAMikaze | GTP_CAMikaze
Car: Nissan GT-R NISMO GT3 (Team RJN)
Looking forward to racing this season and I like the car that I was given. :)

Ah, I had the Nissan and the BMW, @Ryan Lynch. The Nissan is the one I like the most from these GT3 cars. Fantastic in Spa. Real pleasure. As for the Audi, well, when I first got it was a little worried. Did some laps and tweaking at Brands Hatch and finally am getting confortable with it. Did 1.23.237 after some laps but I'm sure I can shave at least 1.5s with more testing. Finally was able to tame the rear end of the car. Now I'm starting to like it. Very good on the fast curves.

Yes, you guys can now share any information you want on the thread. We were just harsh for the grading times cause we really wanted to keep all datas private until the deadline, this to avoid people to try to make some calculation to reach a certain place in the board. Now, all is free, even off topic :D
What about the pros? What do you guys call a good lap time at Brands Hatch with the Audi? Not fantastic, just good.
I remember that 1:20 was a good time past season but it was on Mediums (we are now on hard prime tires) and cars were faster than this season (you can check V1.0 in the car specs page). We made them slower this season cause we wanted to be at the same pace than real GT3 cars 👍

Guys, I have a little problem with my car: Ford GT

In car specs it's stated 466hp - 1315 kg - 575pp - power limit 75,2%
I have done an oil change and that's all but I can't meet the right specs:
either 466hp - 1315kg - 573pp - 74%
or 473hp - 1315kg - 575pp - 75,2%

Have I done something wrong with oil change? it was said "supposed to run with fresh oil"

----

Also, as my team mate Lambo asked, can we choose the number and sheet type we want?

I just double checked and this car is 466hp | 1317kg | 575pp (±1pp difference is allowed depending where you set your ballast. 575pp is with ballast right in the middle)
The only mistake I made is that I forgotten to update this car in V2.2 with 2 more kgs. But that doesn't change the specs anyway.

I think (but maybe I'm wrong) that you use cv as unit, not hp. And maybe this is why you don't reach the correct power (cause for information, hp and cv are not the same).
In this case, the best way to not make a mistake is to trust the %power limiter only. In case of the ford, it's 75.2%, with stock engine and no turbo. With this power limiter + correct weight, you should reach 575pp without any problem.

And for number stickers, you guys have free choice. Only 8 drivers out of 32 will have a number anyway so it's not a big deal 👍

EDIT: I just set my PS3 system in french and I have the same values as you, but with cv unit. To sum up, 473cv is the good way to go. Your problem was just a unit conversion. 👍

466cv - 1317kg - 573pp - 74%
473cv - 1317kg - 575pp - 75,2%
