Just want to confirm something I read on the rules...

Are we allowed to use Racing Medium tyres during the race, once we have used one set of Racing Hard tyres? I only ask because I thought I read somewhere that only RH tyres were being used this season so am a little confused, that's all.

You're right. You're allowed to use RM at any time during the race. However, you must use RH for Qualifying / Race Start. In case you get damaged during the formation lap, you are allowed to go to pit and a second formation lap will go on to give you the time to regain your position. But in this case, you must use RH again as the race not started yet. Once the flag is green you can pit at any lap you want and switch to RM tires.

This is the perfect track to have a 1st race at in my opinion. Very simply wide track with wide turns and geat track width and simplicity. This place seems like the perfect place for us to get to know each other without getting heavy damage before we go to Monza the possible damage blood bath Rd.

AM drivers, I believe our target times are 1.30's to 1'31's, and anyone running slower than 1'33's as their slowest lap is not going to have good race pace over a distance of 1 hour. My personal target is to not run any laps slower than 1'33's as of our FP1, or maybe 32's after tonight's FP2 session...

We will have two seperate lobbies one for pro one for am. If you ever want to practice however with pros before a race weekend it's fine. Want to practice today this afternoon? I haven't started practicing yet

My Teammate and I have begun practicing for Brands Hatch already, Our FP1 results were very close to one another with us being only 3 tenths of a second between each other using Racing Hard tires.
So far we can reach 1:26's consistently but high 1:25's are possible. I have yet to test Racing Mediums as I wanted to get a basic setup ready first.
