It's probably too risky. This isn't the first time the servers have been back up, and it would only irate everyone if we got started and had lag issues. Best to wait, I think, unfortunately.

Exactly, they have been up for short periods of time during the day. Way too risky even if they are up now. Better to have a clean race next week than a mess today that just frustrates everybody.

EDIT: I still can't get onto the lobby server.

DELAY OF SEASON START

Because of today's problems with PSN due to a DDOS attack we have to reschedule the season kick-off race in Brands Hatch.

The season calendar will be delayed by 1 week. Meaning the first race in Brands Hatch will take place next Sunday (August 31st)​

Funny I was thinking the same thing. More post = more sign ups, which we need since were trying to keep at least 32 active drivers at minimum,..

UPDATE: I have just logged onto PSN and the GT6 Lobbies here. I don't know if anyone else has been successful in the last 10 - 15 minutes.
