Can't get over the 5 gear transmission. That's what I like about the Citroen you get 7 gears. It helps with the tranny braking. Bringing up his topic makes me think about when I watch the replays every time I down shift I kick out a fire ball but I almost never see this happen with other drivers & different cars for that matter too!

In that DTM series we tried to participate in, During testing I was using the Alfa Romeo STC, That thing puts out the ultimate back fire! but no one else seen it, never showed on replay for others either, but they tried the car and seen it too, weird,

The answer is GT5's rendering is lazy as, it will only render backfire and glowing disks of the user, not other people in the room. I hope GT6 does everyone, so many more cool shots to be had.

Hey buddy, your Viper isn't the only one that shoots a flame out the pipes lol. Because of the view I drive in, I see the flames all the time.

I lose 2-3 seconds on the straights alone. I ran an 8:10 but had a lil overshot of a turn. The crazy part was i was up 4 seconds on the 8:13 Joe set before, one mishap i dropped to 1.2 seconds up. Gained back 2 seconds and was up by almost 5 before the straight, finished the lap about 2.9 ahead. Viper has good speed!

Apart from lap times what puzzles me is pit strategy. Soft tyres fades out very quickly... some situations could be dangerous

Well fellas can't wait to we get our GT6 demo that's supposed to have more rendering. Sometimes its the little things that matter too. Looks like Tursimo is going to give us the Pirelli tire challange from what I read. I don't know if this going to effect the fast guys or the slow guys or both for that matter. Watching the videos tho, I welcome the challange!

Try some more downforce will, The BMW is not great over 1 lap pace, but its good on long runs and looks after its tyres, ive found.

The BMW is completely open to all you want to do to it, but I personally had to take the turbo off to reduce the torque because that thing was super tail happy from what I remember. GL I do love that car but she is a handful! I would also stiffen the springs all the way and work down vs up from soft to firm. 👍

Btw: 8:17's are a good lap around here its the mistakes that will take you out of the race. Protect your tires have a good pit window and 8:17's can get you top 5 if not podium depending on who shows up!

~I did some straight line testing for Autobacs Super GT at Daytona Road and now I can't wait for the Indy Rd! I'm not sure how much more better Super GT's handle over LM GT's but the Indy round should be very interesting in deed. Anyways we will be racing the Indy 500 km instead of mi which is 125 Laps. A couple of laps longer than the Coke 400, but shorter than the Indy 500 mile race at 200 Laps. Depending on how the distance turns out we could bump it up but not pass 200 Laps at the most! ​

It is the Oval, and my 1st time finally after having this game for 2 yrs. I have an oval track sign up voodoo against me or something. Everytime I catch 1 something pops up and I never cqan make it and I guess this still can happen again. TnT does a lot of Oval racing and I've been dying to do a professional race on a Oval track with him. I actually want to complete the Indy, Daytona, and Motegi Oval before the year is up. After those tracks I would of finally raced everything on the game!
