Could GT3 Run with P1 like Last years Daytona Rolex / TUDOR / TUSCC in Race if there where Major Nerfing Regulations On P1 ? like 420 MAX HP and 300-500 Max DF for P1 ?

- Yes, that's why its a multi-class race.

Multi-class means; multiple classes competing on the same course at the same time.

- Multi-class does NOT mean: P1 vs. GT3 or GT3 vs. GTD.

- That's why each class has their own specs. its not meant to be even against each other. You pick a class, then you compete vs. other drivers in YOUR class.

so say if you and i ran Daytona next month and i ran My 908 and you ran an SLS GT3 we could just race like there isnt a 700HP Proto competeing WITH a Road-going Based Race-Spec SuperCar ?

- In a multi-class race everyone is required to race like there are underclass & upper-class cars on course. This means; P1 drivers are req. to be extra careful while passing GT3 & GTD cars & GT3/GTD drivers are req. to be extra careful while being passed by P1 cars.

Hello Everyone! I've been scrolling down the whole thread and since i'm a GT3 fan, I am quite interested to join these series! :) BUT it will depend on how my skills are so that I can know where I can race with, but it's up to the creator of these series to put me in a 'class' or whatever it's called where I can race with. Let me know ASAP and if there are any spots open since you guys are starting the 4th of January.

Hopefully this will be enough to join these series because i'm quite interested since GT3 is also my favorite discipline to do, apart from the Super GT's offcourse :)

Greetings

Fred

GT3 Club would be glad to welcome you to our CUP events!

-- GT3 Club grades players ONLY on experience level. When you join the GT3 Club as a new driver you are automatically a 'novice'. Experience levels are gained during CUP events only, using our 'transfer system'. (transfer system rules & breakdown- see post #1) ALL skill levels are welcome.

-- GT3 Club CUP events are first come first serve sign-up format. Sign-ups open every Tuesday the week of the race.

- We are ALL excited to get 2015 racing started & hope to see you there!

- Any other questions? plz ask!

cya on course!

Thanks and i'm also very excited to compete in 2015 :D But there's maybe one question I want to ask: are you also holding like regular races like during the day to have some fun with the others or is it just 'that' specific day you are holding an event?

- Sundays are always our 1 hour CUP events where you earn transfers, points & Club members status.

- GT3 club does also host public/casual lobbies. These lobbies are usually held during the week & will also be sched. here, in the GT6 Club community forum & at random times. These events are about 15-25min events.

- GT3 club also hosts practice/testing lobbies that are sched. in the community forum.

Since PSN is currently down, doing some testing at big willow in time trial single player. Using GT3 specs for your races. Cars are very well matched! You have done your homework. One does have a slight edge in my testing, but that's my secret :P

All off, ABS @ 1.

Nice racing with you all today in the open lobby! I'll get those gt3 tunes right and get you guys in the cup for sure. First time trying those tunes. Suspension and gearing were all wrong. I tried the setups I was running on Big Willow and the cars were a second slower than they were last night. Woof. Anyway, enjoy your nights and catch you soon!

Really enjoyed my first time racing with you guys! ^^ I'm also very proud to be part of this fantastic racing club. I'm already looking forward now to the 4th of January and everything what will come in the future! See you all on track!

- Hey, greg!

- nice to meet you on track yesterday!
- I just want to let you knw, when u practice you want to do it in an online lobby. When you play offline you get inaccurate times, so in the future you can go to our Club lobby & 'load settings', choose a GT3 pre-set so you have correct race day settings. This will give you accurate times you can build off.

Hi gurizzi, for the January Cup do we need to practice with different tyres or RH only?

- Hello, Tijee

- In CUP events there IS a tire compound change req.
- RM & RH, any order.
- I have been limiting the lobbies to RH only lately so players are NOT caught off guard when they join a CUP event!

Hey Gurizzi. Yea I know the online gameplay makes it a bit slower than the normal game. I was only testing against the baseline times that I tested with when PSN was down. I'll get it right. Hope the mock race went well today!

Unfortunately I won't be able to make CUP event #1. But I shall be there for all others (time permitting of course).

Can't wait! I've just practiced a bit with each car on Big Willow and I got consistent lap times, but I must say that I feel much more confident with the SLS, sooo stable, I managed to get 1 sec faster than with the other cars! The Z4 is also interesting though, maybe easier for trail braking.

I'm still worrying to see how fast you guys are, I hope I won't be too slow :)

Gotta be honest, the SLS was by far the best car I tested for BW. Again, by a whole second. Z4 was most consistent with lap time varying by only 1-2 tenths, but SLS was 1.3 seconds faster than that.
