Officially announcing that the sanctioning body for the Formula One World Championship will be the Fédération Internationale Course de Artificielle, abbreviated as FICA. FICA will be the sanctioning body for Formula One, Trans-Am Series, and will partner with Virtual Reality Racing in sanctioning international road course events for the Straight Talk IndyCar Series. Why FICA was selected over others is simple; their models do not currently work for us. VRR, despite it's emphasis on realism, also places an emphasis on acquiring outside resources and efforts for things like broadcasting and the like, which I do not want to deal with right out of the gate. RACE, despite its broad expanse, lacks realism and seriousness for me to feel safe dealing with. And TIRE, being new and without a solid reputation, felt like the biggest move towards a quick death over the others. So that left me with dealing with IRG, sculpting out a new division for B-Spec racing, and going from there. Thus, FICA was born, and we will grow as such, a body not reliant on broadcasting, but able to use videos as an aid for the more important feature: community roleplay. That is what is important here, and I feel very good about our ability to take off from this point.
