Final Fantasy VII - PC version coming to PS4 Spring '15

I'm quite excited to play a modern day FFVII. As for the thread, I think 6year old necro and a different version of the game is grounds for making a new thread, lol.

The popular viewpoint on traditional JRPG gameplay has probably changed, particularly in the west, but there's still a market for it. That said, I'm pretty sure Square Enix is too fond of flashy stylishness to put something as methodical as the old ATB system in a console game. Just their portable/mobile games.

I have to say, if they were remaking FFVI instead, I'd be seriously eyeing a PS4 if it looked like the game would turn out to be any good. But based on how they desecrated FFVI with that mobile abomination, I'm not holding my breath.
