I'm starting to REALLY take a liking to oval racing.

Per usual I won't be able to attend the official practice sessions. I may open a room Friday or Saturday night, depending on which night I decided to go have some fun in the canyons.

Edit: Ran a few laps. First, this car is probably the worst car I have ever driven on this track. It's either understeer or snap oversteer, you can't have anything in between. Second, managed a 2:02.399 after 7 laps.

I'm not too far off with a best of 2:03.555, then.

I'm looking forward to this one. The Z4 felt great in practice, most of the other Gr.3 cars bounce over the top of the mountain and push you wide but this one is totally planted so it's nice to drive on the limit. Tyres are still a problem, wherever we race they seem to overheat after the first lap and lose a few tenths.

I´m having major troubles, can not get the car planted it just slides around all the time. What BB are you guys running?
I'm on 0 which feels okay, if you're struggling you can adjust through the lap, in the LH time trials I was setting the BB to the rear for the first half then moving it forward for the second half to have more stability down the hill.

i'll put my marker down now to say i'm probably not making it on Sunday.. it's my 50th and we've got people at the house from 3pm onwards.. the alcohol will be flowing like a river. Having said that.. i'd been on it for a good chunk of the day in the last round and performed SOLID

Normally +2 for this car, just moved it to +1.

Interesting to see @GOTMAXPOWER and @El_Beardo saying they adjusting during the lap as I was just thinking I might do the same. I normally can't be bothered with that, but for Bathurst I might try it.

Edit: just tried moving the BB forward to go down the hill. +1> -1. After a couple of laps, its helped me break into the 2:03s.

Just for clarification I'm staying on 0 for the full lap in the Supra, I like how it's balanced here. I was changing in the AMG to get some extra rotation.
