Post some cool pictures of fireworks that you have taken or pics you have found.(thumbnails only!!)

I went to a firework display last weekend which was the perfect opportunity to test my new digital camera. Heres what i came up with:

Some of those pictures were taken in slow shutter mode, Im sure you can tell which one's they are. I am very happy with the outcome of the pics and none of them have been enhanced in any way, Just resized to save upload time.
I will post some of my favorites up wallpaper size(1280X960) a little later and if anyone wants any of those as a larger pic, please ask.

Some of those dont look too intresting as thunbnails but please take some time too look at them because it took me ages to upload them!.
Thanks.

Lovely photos, the one at the bottom left is top 👍 It wasn't the fireworks at Legoland by any chance was it?

Nah it was at Langley. Thats near Windsor though...

Anyway here's my favorites:

And i like this one because it looks like a picture from space....kind of!

wow! nice pics!
i like that photo with these 3 "rings" above each other. i go to fireworks events quite often but i never saw that in real life

Those look really sweet!

Where in Langley was it? Must have been a big field or similar, can't think of anywhere in Langley that matches that though.

Upton Court park. Its a brilliant park they've got a BMX track, Model car dirt track(i race there sometimes), Cricket fields, football fields and they hold lots of events there like funfairs and something called the Slough mela every year. Its an Asian event with music and great food!!etc... I remeber going to a monster truck event there too!!
Im sure you've heard of it.

You can get some really cool pictures with a slow shutter used at the right time!

I got this one a bit wrong. You have to time it to just before the firework explodes so you get it all. I took ths one too early but its still cool seeing it just before it explodes!

Althought i shouldn't admit this, i did that kinda shot accidentally.

My crud camera has no function to slow down shutter speed, but it does have a night landscape mode. For some reason, i could get really decent shots with that on. Although it took forever calculating what i wanted it to do.
