about buying your first car in GT2, you should take a look at all the used car shops in the East City, especially in Toyota and Nissan. If you are lucky enough, you will be able to purchase fast and reliable cars for just under 10,000Cr. Here are some of the cars worthy of your starting money. If you do find them, you will have no problem at you first races:

Toyota Supra Twinturbo R - 276hp - FR (so far the best first car i know)

Nissan Pulsar GTi-R - 226hp - 4WD (has lower power than the Supra, but makes up for its 4WD drivetrain, lighter weight and is easier to drive)

Honda Prelude VTEC - 197hp - FF (do not get me wrong, for me this car is faster than the Accord Type R, i have my own reasons )

if you are not able to find these, suffer with the Mazda MX-5, the Honda Civic 3door Si, or even worse, the Fiat 500R! bwahahahaha! just kidding

I remember my cousins played for me when i was young (at that time i wasn't that good at playing racing game ) and the bought me a Mitsubishi Mirage Asti 97'.And practically race at that one event (hp must not be more than 197) and they played for me and get all the money

You forgot about the Mazda RX-7 GTX. IMO, you should start with the GTX. It is cheap, and its capabilities are immense.
