You guys are quick! I'm nowhere near the 54's.

Here are my results for the GT300 class. Very close class again.

All tunes tested for 10 laps using DS3(x go, square stop and d-pad change direction), using auto transmission. All aids off except ABS1 and driving line.

Listed as per tuner post.

Tuner 1
Time - 0:55:915
DC - 8
Nice tune. Stable under braking, good through corners and easy to get the power down. Last corner in 6th felt a bit weird and probably cost a bit of time.

Tuner 2
Time - 0:55:938
DC - 7
Throttle control required on corner exit as the rear likes to come round on you. Good tune otherwise.

Tuner 3
Time - 0:55:867
DC - 7
Good tune but felt a little unstable. Constant input required. Some oversteer in the slower corners.

Tuner 4
Time - 0:55:784
DC - 9
Good solid tune. Great through the last bend. Good turn in and rotation.

Tuner 5
Time - 0:55:587
DC - 10
Good quick car. Feels light and nimble with good turn in and rotation. Easy to get the power down early. Good effort, bravo sir.

Tuner 6
Time - 0:55:785
DC - 7
Decent time but struggled a little with turn in. Suffered some understeer.

Tuner 7
Time - 0:56:217
DC - 6
Struggled with oversteer on this one. Good under braking but because of the oversteer couldn't get the power down sufficiently early to set a decent time. Was very frustrated at my lack of throttle control with the pad, but having read the other reviews, looks like it wasn't just me.

Got curious and did an average lap time difference for the group for all posted testers.
Average lap time difference for the group is 0.6536 seconds.
@ImToLegitToQuit has the smallest difference at 0.565 seconds
@Bowtie-muscle has the largest difference at 0.776 seconds
0.211 seconds separation for all the testers for average difference. 👍👍👍👍
Well done to the tuners and all the testers. and Very big thank you from all of us tuners.

For the DC it's 2.12 points across all testers

@mgo @Bowtie-muscle I have a request this is not for podium shift or anything. But Mgo could you rerun tune #2 in The Dual class your difference on the lap time is over 2 seconds from the next time in that tune and your 4 seconds off pace from your fastest lap, if you don't have time or don't get a differing result no worries it's just for consistency.

Not that I am pushing but more that I am just curious. @macdog54 is close to being finished the last I heard, we had a little trans issue to settle but got worked out. No pressure boys, but the podiums may be decided by your reviews. :dopey::mischievous::scared::lol::D

Still have 6 days though.

Need any more testers on the Duel class? I might have some time to kill this week.. Cars are all built up and raring to go.

Understood was just a request I noticed when I was doing the averages on the laptime difference.
Yeah I understand the motivation, its just that we can't rerun single results unless there are suspected outside elements involved (tune built wrong/intentional foul play etc.) 👍

Unless @Bowtie-muscle has received a request from the tuner themselves to retest then it can't be authorised on the grounds of not fitting the trend, some folks are bound to get different results with different cars and the times must reflect this
 
yeah, I am about 1/2 way done.
My 4 days off didn't turn out the way I planned. Income tax return came in Wednesday, so we spent the last 4 days shopping for home project needs. Followed by coming home and actually doing the projects...
You mean you bought a bunch of power tools and spent the last 4 days re-enacting the Transformers movies :lol:

Did not receive a request from the tuner, I did ask mgo to try and give it 3-5 laps IF he could. If no change then no big deal.

He noticed something off on the lap times and let me know.
The short story I moved around one of the test drivers in the display section of sheet which caused the back end that does all the math to double list a set of times. I have corrected the problem and thus corrected the times. The ranking didn't change the lap times went down, it was the GT300 time attack group.

Attention testers after correction of several errors in the sheet I'd like to request you give your times a once over make sure I didn't change or have one or more your times wrong. I am aware of the incorrect time entry in the GT3000 for one of the tuners under @Bowtie-muscle, I have not seen any others but more sets of eyes to check is a good thing.

The car feels quite stable and well planted, corner entry and rotation is good with a little coasting to get through the corner, good grip on exit and the gearbox spot on.



Tune 2. # DC 8
Honda S2000...1.11.092

The car drives and feels good but I had a hard time getting consistent laps, most were in the twelves, it could do with a bit more rotation, corner exit was good with plenty of traction .


Tune 3. # DC 8.5
Mazda RX8...1.10.862

Another good drive, does everything well, it's forgiving of small errors, has good rotation and grip.


Tune 4.# DC 8.5
Mazda RX8. 1.10.770

What can I say, another car that does all that is asked of it, safe, stable and great traction, full throttle could be used in most places without wheel spin, good work.

I felt pretty comfortable from the start with this one, it gets around the first sweeping left lot easier than the first four cars and does everything right but it's just not as quick as it feels.

The car felt well planted, corner rotation is good , traction was good, I lost most time from the corner after the tunnel to the last corner, I would loose half a second on that section in a drag race.
