I'll be happy with something around a 1'02 flat if I can pull it off under pressure. For some reason I've been getting slower as the week goes on...must be trying too hard

Same here Egg, problem was I had a couple beers in me and managed an OK lap 1, then completely screwed lap 2 with a spin. So I might be starting mid-pack somewhere.

Well stated. That pretty much sums me up too. I had a real hard time getting into a rhythm tonight in the practice lounge. I saw one 1'01.6, but for the most part the rest was slow, and inconsistent. Right about when I was about to go to the qualifying room, my wife got home from a hard day. No time to sit on GT5. Hopefully this is for the best, and I will have a clear head, and strong concentration for tomorrow.(seems like that should be a line from a bad kung fu movie).

Some guys were talking about partnering up for an endurance race(online). Maybe if you are not to far away we could do it together.
My current setup is pretty weak though. I do have a room set aside for movies and gaming, even bought a high end projector, 3 years ago... lol. I am not the best at finishing home projects. The room still needs all the wiring to be run and proper insulation, but all the big stuff has already been purchased.

That is crazy close.. I actually host a volleyball group at Frog's gym in Encinitas on Thursday nights. Do most of my shopping in Encinitas too. We should meet up for a drink sometime in Cardiff, or Encinitas along the coast. Yogi's, First Street? Or Cap'n Kenos if you are feeling adventurous.

Mine too! I might still be OK with my 3rd lap (1:02.6), but someone claimed it dirty and, if true, I'll definitely be B-pack with my 2nd lap (1:03.39 thanks to cold-tire drift on T2)
So frustrating, especially since I ran a 1:02.094 and a 1:02.087 in the two practice sessions immediately beforehand...

I was also a few mixed drinks deep and was fortunate to have a solid lap two being That I cut the chicane terribly on my third lap. I'm gonna have to find u early on and do a little bump drafting to the front. If I do make the A room

Stupid school finals. Maybe an angel is watching and I'll manage to get into the B race.
yeah I turned on the ps3, downloaded the new patch, ran 1h of practice and then quali. Not going to be around for the 2nd session though so had no choice.

OG's is old news! Went to the restaurants and some of the best lobster you can have. Great success! It's my best friend's birthday tonight so later on we get to max out on boobies.
