Three races in and we have had three (well technically 4 but Sprints don't count) different winners this season already. Competition is close at the front as long as McLaren drops the ball it seems. The circuit in Sakhir is a much different layout to the previous one in Suzuka, with an abrasive surface and a massively rear-limited style to the tyre wear, hopefully the racing will be better. The scenes of some truly phenomenal wheel-to-wheel racing since the switch to a night race, let's hope we get another classic like 2014 or 2022 at the BAHRAIN GRAND PRIX!

Incidentally I met Pedro a couple of years ago at Silverstone. Well, by "met" I mean he crashed one of the Pirelli Hot Laps cars on my post at the Grand Prix on a Thursday, but I still had a chat with him at the time which was nice.

Unfortunately one of the things named McLaren was 0.8s faster than Charles, so still not looking like a winning Ferrari.

I think the Ferrari's have gone for a low DF setup, they are the only cars over 200 mph and have .2 sec advantage in sector 1.

F1TV is saying track limits on the final corner of his out lap, which would invalidate the next lap.
They're now saying it may have been a delayed message from his first aborted timed lap.

Worth noting that Bearman towed Lewis all the way down the main straight as he ended his lap and Lewis started his, DRS open at full chat as well so a full on tow.

Also Nico Rosberg's wife after he won the title in 2016. Ocon's engineer was also heard a few times on the broadcast in previous rounds as well.

She was heard at one of the first 2 races, I think. She's the first female race engineer, so I'm sure we'll hear more of her over the year.
