Showing Piastri crossing the line on the small screen and showing Russell and Norris on the big is disgraceful. Give the respect and time of showing their win, rather than showing a 'battle' that was clearly finished, Norris wasn't going to get past him at the final corner.

It's not the timing tower, the problem is that Russells transponder is failing

The time and gaps were not updating either and that was even before Russell transponder issues.

Looks like Norris and Charles may pip a technical 2-3 podium finish if George gets hit with a penalty for that DRS issue.

Stoked. Great performance by Piastri (first epeat victory and McLaren Bahrain win?!). Solid recovery from Lando, despite lots of small mistakes.

Constantly surprised by how Russell has been able to finish so high. I wonder how his DRS investigation is going to play out.

Haas making me root for Ocon again. Feels weird, man. Nice P10 for Bearman.

Im interested to see how they handle Russell's transponder issue, since it seemingly has caused the other technical issues, importantly causing DRS issues for competitors. If Mercedes is deemed at fault, I can only assumed it would be a fairly hefty penalty?

I would be surprised if it is a fault of Mercedes though, I imagine a transponder would be a spec item.

Ferrari had pace on the medium. Soon as they got in the hard, it was certainly not the same anymore. But good performance from both drivers considering how they've looked in recent races. For a second there I thought Charles could finish P2.

All in all, very entertaining race. Piastri is showing his world champion potential. I'm definitely rooting for him this season, awesome job!!

Red Bull looked nowhere this time around.

Very happy to see Yuki and Ollie both get some smaller points too, especially with the comeback Ollie had from P20. Very much clearing up the questions around him in Australia

Pending the Russell investigation, just a 3 point lead for Norris over Piastri in the championship. Verstappen doing miracles in the Red Bull tractor and Russell just always there in the background. A 4-way battle all season would be fantastic.
