My progress so far. Only needs Palmers and Rothengatters names and numbers :) Although i’m not quite sure which numbers they used, most pictures of Palmer show 14 but I can’t find images of Rothengatter

Rothengatter was 29, Palmer was 14.

You should also do the "East" one that they ran at Hungary in '86.

EDIT: They ran with East in Germany too due to no cigarette advertising.

Nice liveries 👍 I couldn‘t find out what font they use for that logo unfortunately. Maybe if I can I‘ll upload an „East“ logo
Thanks
The “West” logo I used isn’t 100% period correct either, although, in the reference pictures I used, it showed in various fonts and styles, so I’m not too worried.

Guys, some fantastic liveries on here..Am struggling to adept to this style of editing, whilst also learning the basics of inkscape, but am getting there. This F1 car has me scratching my head..adding liveries to the side plates on the front wings had me stumped for a while until i found the trick is to aim the camera projection on the area. This trick however doesn't seem to work for me doing the back of the rear wing as the vinyl smears over the sides of the wing..i'm clearly doing something wrong?..please help x

There’s an angle and depth option. Usually -2 on the angle makes the side decals not to be projected on the main board.

Got a picture? As i am reading it, it sounds like you just need to make your decal smaller. But i guess you would have figured that out yourself :P maybe moving the deep/angle sliders give you a solution?

Not really a real life replica, but a comic book replica. I saw there was already one made, but it wasn’t a very good one imho (I hope I don’t offend the creator by saying that...). So I went ahead and made a (imho) better one :D

I'm missing a few decals and couldn’t find a number decal that looked like the one on the reference pictures so I just picked one that looked cool  call it artistic freedom :P When my computer decides to not crap itself every time I open Illustrator I’ll try to add the missing decals (“Europe 1”, “le point”, “Le Parisien”, the correct “3” and the “Michel Vaillant” name). Or if someone else is willing to make these that would be cool too!

For now you can enjoy it how it is and imho it’s still pretty cool even with the missing decals
