They seem to be doubling down on the rally-oriented-ness this time. A spinoff franchise dedicated to both street driving/racing and rally?

I just hope pounding dirt doesn't amount to a bunch of races where you trundle along in a straight line, taking checkpoints as the crow flies.

Well there are no rally events as such, but they are implementing "Cross Country Races" and "Hill Climb" events which as you say, hopefully provide a bit more substance than just full throttling it through a vineyard (which isn't bad either )

At 2.22, theres a bit of gameplay from what seems to be a cross country race, if that's worth anything.

No actually, I had a badass little DC2 (or whatever gen Integra it was) rally car in FH1. Great little car.
