What’s a good retro hot hatch to get 3 stars in the speed zone? I’m left with this for the last part of this weeks forzathon
Try the Acura Integra Type R and download a tune for it. If not that, then maybe the Mk.2 VW Golf GTI.

Oh god, the DC2 Type R Integra is now a "retro hot hatch! I remember when that was a new car!

I just joined the party. What’s the consensus so far for 4K television owners, 4K or 60fps?

I'm playing on a 4K TV and my personal preference is the 4K/30fps option. There is a noticeable bump in graphic fidelity and the sense of speed you get is better in Quality mode.

If you don't mind some slight aliasing and want reduced motion blur, then performance mode would be better suited to you.

Why would you waste money on something that you'll be able to google in about a week (if people haven't made them already)?
Because I had $4 on my account and you can fast travel to the loactions without having to drive to each one if you bought the house with fast travel anywhere perk.

Huh. I just got the "Noisy Cartographer" achievement for driving down every road in Britain, except that I'm at 529 of 531 roads discovered.

Happened to me too. The Achievement registers roads differently - it counts one so long as you've touched any part of the map, but the in-game tally only counts if you've fully driven the length of it.

Dunno why you guys giving the guy so much grief about spending a few bucks on the treasure map. It does save you a few minutes and it’s practically free, compared to 100+ that you already spent on the game...

Anyway, I don’t get the speed zone challenge. I’ve got 3 stars in 2 different speed zones and 2 speed traps and it still didn’t register. I used the VW Mk 2 for those. Do I need to have 3 stars in 3 of them or something or it’s a bug?

Same here. I found the 530th. There was this small triangle(invisible on the map.. maybe 30ft long) on one of the entry ramps to the High Way. But for the love of god I just can't find the last one. I literally drove under every single bridge, trough every tunnel and finally (after 2h) gave up.

Doing three stars in any of them should be enough to get you the Forzathon...

Yeah, I agree, give him a break. It's his couple of dollars and he could spend the time and effort he would have used to find the cars on something else in Horizon.

You need to get three stars in a single speed zone. It was just crappily described in the text.

I have a tune for the VW Golf Mk II, was super easy. Best to use it on speed zones that have a lower speed requirement, like twisty roads or so. It’s an AWD supercharged Golf and a beast in acceleration. :) Nickname is breyzipp.

Okay,so who's smart idea was it to take DB10's offroad...I couldn't even keep it in a straight line! :ouch:

By the way if you still need to do the summer season Spectre race at the quarry in the Aston Martin DB10, I have an absolute killer S1 900 dirt tune for that car. I was struggling a lot with the default car, tuned it for rally with an AWD swap and a cenfrifugal supercharger. That thing has 10 on both launch and acceleration and owned the race. I think it will be a great car for the Playground games as well.

Must be some kind of bug... Oh well

Does anyone have a list of cars unlockable through ranking up the different disciplines? I've only seen a list of known and possible FE cars. While this list is cool, I'd like to know about non-FE unlockable vehicles.

Did someone say figure out how big a gap you can get between in-game tally and achievement tally?

My Standard Edition code arrived early (I bought it somewhere other than the Xbox Store), downloaded it just to get ready for Tuesday, booted up the game to see what would happen, and lo and behold: I was in! From what I've played, the game is top notch. 👍

My favorite thing to do so far is drive off road in the snow with a Lamborghini Huracan. Feels very rebellious. :dopey:

So what are your thoughts so far on the UK Map to drive around in? Roads and lots of Countryside, hills etc? Do you prefer it to the previous Australia, Southern Europe, Colorado?
Love the UK map. Often we've spent our vacation in England/Scotland and now being able to drive around places you visited in real life adds so much fun. This is my first FH game so cannot compare with the previous versions and other areas

I remember you saying you go to this area quite a bit. I hope you get your wheel sorted, the Xbox Controller and Rumble triggers make this an easy game to play with a controller and relaxed laid back game play as an option as well.

Wow if it is your first Horizon you will have so much to explore and do! I think you will be on it a while :P This is my Favourite game (Franchise) out of all the 100's of Driving/Racing games over the years as it has everything you could want - Offroad trails, Road races, track cars, Drift, Drag, Hoonigan, cockpit views, weather,100's of awesome detailed cars!, Photo mode all in one package :gtpflag:

My favourite so far is the big long stretch of Beach in the Summer. It must be 3-5km long, if you follow it right to the end (Heading North) in the Summer Months the river bed has dried up and gives a really long nice bumpy off road track after 👍
