Cougar.... Eliminator....? This is surely throwing us off the scent

My God they better not have done all of that just for a returning car.

Returning cars are what the game needs the most, but I don't think another classic muscle car needs to return... There have already been several.

In addition to Mercury Cougar, Ford produced a car called Cougar.
And this car was a coupe developed for the European market. Perhaps this car is less likely to be added than Mercury Cougar, but Ford Puma was also on the leaked list.
The possibility of adding European Ford cars to the game cannot be denied.

Top left corner, could be an AES encryption key, especially since it says "eliminator AES THE KEY."
I have no idea what an AES encryption key is, but for those that do, it's hNcn0ZUKiDgap1Vc0z/SUQ==
I typed in zeroes for "O", but one or both might be a capital O as well.

In the US, this car was still sold under Mercury.

Yes please! Gotta get more of them Gran Turismo 2 cars into the Forza franchise! 👍

While I wouldn't entirely mind, what category would that even fall under? Cult Classics? Retro Hot Hatch? (God, no, please no)

I wish of all things to come back from the FM4 days, the First Gen CTS-V (and please don't make that retro muscle, put it in Retro Super Saloons with the RS and M cars like it belongs) and something spicy like the Maserati Bi-Turbo.

P. S. Give us back our Renault Alpine LeMans!!

Cougar, the 90s one, is like a Prelude, but the Prelude for some reason got dumped into Retro Hot Hatch instead of Retro Sports Cars, lol.

I have a bad feeling we're gonna have to win the Cougar Eliminator in combat, that is, in PvP Eliminator. Unless the Eliminator prize cycles, then the Cougar comes back as some other prize. It would be a pretty pointless prize for a PvP championship, though, because in FM7 the Cougar is hardly any different from the other muscle cars... I like it because it's a posh Mustang but its performance is not gamebreaking in any way.

The Cougar is my top muscle car request from FM7 BTW, if there's some sort of gimmick to get it I'm gonna be a little sad... :(

There's rumors of another Firebird making its way in, it's probably the 1969 one from FM7 if that's the case. Another nice car but not much different from the Camaro it's based on.

I don't remember what Jaimin looks like but if that's him then the Eliminator will definitely be a Street Scene affair since he's your broker for the Street Scene events in the game.

The USDM Cougar had all of 162 horsepower with the V6. 'Sport' is a stretch, at best.

If it's a Duratec you can just add a pair of twin turbos to make it double that. :)
