You're not accounting for a number of manufacturers in FH3 that are likely to return; Reliant, Baldwin Motorsports, Tesla, Talbolt, Terradyne, Sunbeam.

I'm still trying to finish it up, but it's not the no. of manufacturers that is the issue, but that 450 number. I can make that number quite easily if something like Chevrolet was cut completely. If not, then a lot of manufacturers need to have there line-ups thinned out. Especially from FH3.

What they could also be doing is taking these cars out for Forzathon rewards in the forzathon shop, and not advertising them in the car count like FM7 did. At least that's what I'm hoping but who knows at this point. 450 is still a great number regardless.

Lets hope the motorsport pack from FH3 is cut as well, so those 10 cars don’t count towards the 450 either. In FH3 having these in a Horizon game always felt a bit weird and out of place so I certainly won’t miss them here.

I also hope PG further improves upon the car themes from FH3. A special car theme group for Forza Edition cars would be nice and also one for tuned cars (all Hoonigan, Formula Drift and possible future Fast & Furious cars could go there). If they do Ford vs. Holden again they should include HSV and HDT as well now. And I’d really love to see a theme for all the cabrios in the game as well.

As far as the cut lists go, I’m certain the Ford Focus ST won’t be in FH4 anymore either. It was still in FH3 but didn’t make it in FM7 either. And the new Focus ST is out so that one will probably come as DLC.

Yeah man, my grandpa owns a 1953 MG TD (hope that’s in the game) and I’ve never been able to drive anything like in FH3, should be able to in FH4!

I can't see any of those being trimmed off. They either have widebody kits or Horizon Editions attached. I don't expect PG will cut any of the Horizon Edition cars because they're free car list padding and VIP fodder. Similarly, I expect the cars with widebody kits will stay to appease ricers and drifters.

I hope the Liberty Walk Ferrari 458 Italia is back. It didn't make it into FM7 so I'm afraid Ferrari themselves had something to do with that... again. They probably noticed in FH3 the LB 458 looked way cooler than their new stock 488 and they said to Turn 10: Nope, can't allow that!
Let's hope I'm wrong.
