It's also got three pedals and no shifter on the column, but an automatic transmission gear indicator on the dash AND, the pièce de résistance, no shift lever on the floor either (The lever that is there is for the 4WD transfer case.)!

Definitely a first ballot inductee to the Screwed-Up Forza Car Model Hall of Fame, which is absolutely a real thing...

Yes, 3 pedals. Gas, brake, emergency brake. My dad had an '82 F100 that was a manual and iirc, I probably don't, it had 4 pedals. Gas, brake, clutch and emergency brake.

I got a good angle on the jump, but I'm done with that. Too much work 😅 Your speed trap speed is something else though. I can't get a good run up to the trap without too much bouncing, so I lose too much speed. Congrats on that 👍

That seems to be right, yeah - the gear ratios on the truck seem to line up with the AOD 4-speed auto too. Sounds like it's modelled accurately as an automatic then.

rimac nevera airbrake in track mode doesnt work anymore ???!!!

Been a issue for last 2 updates. Drift mode wing will animate in track mode whilst track mode wing will animate in drift mode. But the performance of modes is not affected

That contradicts your statement of only having 3 pedals. The pictures I have seen are correct with 3 pedals. The silver button on the floor is for the high beams.

Cheers bud. I've been approaching the speed trap from the SSW, level with the old lava rock field.

I abused the hell out of the rewind button trying various lines for the jump, I'm amazed I got that close to you. That distance will stand for a while I reckon.

Either way, if you pause it at 1:43 and turn up the brightness, you can see 2 wide pedals next to each other which is consistent with the pedal assembly with a clutch. What can be determined though is regardless of transmission type, it is missing a gear shifter.

Apparently my correction didn't go through. The pictures I have seen were correct with 4 pedals and I agreed that it is missing a shifter.

Okay, I promised myself I'd get a photo for proof of inaccuracy and here it is:

I guess they only sourced an automatic. Personally it looks like laziness. Also note the XL trim on the center console. Licensing may have played a part for the agreement.

That seems to be the only good idea he's ever had. Either that or I'd like to see the forzathon shop have previous exclusives in it more often than once per decade. There's quite a few vehicles that I want to use that I can't; because there's just no listings on the auction house!

Agreed. Fortunately I own all the playlist cars.
However, my style of playing the racing game is to own a number of specific models that I like and enjoy them in different tunes and livery.
Many of my favorite cars are playlist content. And I don't see those on the AH at all. I have enough cr, but if the car I am looking for is not on auction, I have no use or value for that money.

I miss the days of FH4. Back then, playlist events actively offered older, exclusive cars, and those were the incentive for us to play those events.

No one anywhere in the universe would want an inexpensive BMW, Mazda, or Chevy available at an autoshow as a Playlist prize.
The reason PG started offering these autoshow cars as playlist prizes in FH5 should have been to give them expensive autoshow cars that are difficult for beginners to purchase.
Even if they continue to offer autoshow cars on the playlist, please remember this initial aspiration.

I do like Ericship's view on seeing recycled cars available on the Autoshow, but the fact remains that a major change like this will have to be done in the next iteration of the Horizon series.

I get they want people to play the seasons to get the cars but I feel like a compromise can be made. What if a prize car for season 15 became available in the Auto show in season 18. Like a time delay type thing??
