That's why I started the paragraph with "Even though the Premium Edition does clearly spell out what's in it and makes no mention of future add-on DLC packs,".PG had the very same text and post-car-pass paid DLC packs in FH3 and FH4 though. It's not new and the wording on the premium Edition is very clear.
It's not difficult to see that some people may have thought they were buying the all-inclusive edition and feel that, for the sake of a measly fiver, this new pack should be in it though, surely?
The fact that there isn't a version of the game (and FH5 is far from the first, last, or only example of this) that is all-inclusive is just a symptom of modern gaming. People kicking off about it might be wrong in terms of facts (the Premium Edition never said it would include everything) but are at least showing some kind of resistance to this practice; there's just not enough of them any more to make a difference.
