No, in FM2023. Still, if that's what's happening then FH6 in Japan has shot way up to the top of the list of likely settings.

More interestingly FM23 is also doing a bunch of things for the Forza 20th anniversary. I wonder if FH5 will too - May is after the April PS5 release so news is probably not going to happen for a while.

It's worth mentioning here too, that Horizon Realms would have been the May update for FH5 if we were doing a Year 4 of content. I think that's going to be how Horizon celebrates, unless they have a gift car in the message center like they did for the Luka Doncic Camaro.

I kinda expected that if it is Japan for the next game, that Fujimi would have featured in it as a matter of course, as a central feature of the map like the Caldera is. Heck, could it be timed to return to Motorsport as a first look at the surrounding area before it appears in H6?
