Color me excited...


GT and Forza are exclusive because their respective owners wanted to sell consoles....

But since MS capitulated on the console wars, and technically, either games should have been available on either console, we the consumers and players benefit from this cross gen cross console availability....

I would say that Xbox owners would have enjoyed GT as much as PS owners would have enjoyed Forza games if it weren't for that great divided ...


United we stand stronger ...

Divisions creates unnecessary confusions... Look at the country and the world right now, right when the console wars ended...

My only issue with FH5 coming to PS5 is M$ account being required for this. I know it is similar to Sony's requirement for some of its PC ports requiring PSN account. I think that is a shady practice to try to draw consumers into your eco system.

I honestly don't see the issue with the Microsoft account requirement, as it takes what, 5 minutes to set up? And it is actually more useful than game service specific accounts, like EA's, Ubisoft's or Sony's. You have an old Hotmail or Outlook account lying around? That works. Are you an Office 365/Edge user? Come on down.

Don't EA and Ubi require accounts as well? I don't know why it's only MS that triggers people. Perhaps some PS users are conditioned to see them as the enemy. 🤷🏽‍♂️ It'd be hard to link up with Xbox and PC users or store progress without GamerTags anyway.

They do. I hate it there too, and referenced that in a GTPodcast a couple of months back.

In this case it seems that it sucks slightly badderer because it's a one-time, permanent association. Lose access to your MS account, you lose access to your FH5 on PS5.
