Forza Motorsport 7: Specialty Dealer

I'm spamming my on-off button from 11:55 onwards. I want at least a low number this time and I fully intend on buying all 3 cars as they are all excellent.

I actually think this Specialty dealer is a really good feature. Keeps us playing and earning money to make sure we are well covered for each week's release of cars.

You don't have to restart the game, just exiting and re-entering when the time comes should add the new cars (as long as T10 actually adds them ).

One of the best features in FM7 imho. And remembers me of GT5.

Incredible. I was waiting and entered the dealer like 1 sec after it opened and still couldn't get less than 100 for the numbers.

And that was like maybe a 30 seconds late. It takes like a few seconds for it to load the car once purchased, definite delay. So you can't just go click, click, click and they are all bought. I was prepared, with 3.8 million ready at my disposal. Good news is, I still have over 3 million. Hmmmm, let's get crazy with the Prize Crates!!!

Thanks for the prices, Im at work so will have to wait until tonight to buy all three and I should have enough credits to do so. Porsche is cheaper then expected as I assumed it would be closer to 400k

That's good news, I should stay above 7 million CR with those prizes. Now to just finish with work and go home... I'm expecting a very high production number for all 3 cars when I get them, but that doesn't really matter to me.

I'm in the same boat-I'm not fussed about production numbers apart from if you brought the Porsche and wound up with 911 or 997 for example-that'd be cool in a way. I'm just glad they're not limited edition because the Dealer updates when I'm at work and 8 hours away from any Xbox access. That would suck.

Nothing really, it’s like production numbers on real cars though. The lower the number the more collectible/desirable/valuable, so the real low numbers will probably sell for a lot more in the auction house.

It’s neat I guess, but not something that means much to me either. That would be like your virtual car not being worth as much, because you have a bunch of miles on it.

I don't see any comment on how they failed the Porsche , car has the forza front spoiler, and it's impossible to revert it to stock...

I'm surprised anyone outside of the Western Hemisphere bothers even trying to get low numbers. I like the fact they update it the same time every week, but it would be nice to see them alternate times so people on the eastern half of the world can have a chance at low numbers.

Didnt really try, just woke up before my alarm set off, so went streight for the xbox.

But then i guess its us over here that have to try and scope up those low numbered ones in the auctionhouse. Not that im that bothered about it, but the collector in me wants at least one no.1 car lol

I noticed the Forza aero was on the car long ago. I think you can still see it in the "Car Collection" menu with an unusually big front lip. I was hoping it was an issue with the image they used for the menu but unfortunately it still exists on the car itself. Hope they fix that. And a lot of other things while they're at it.

Another thing sort of like the Porsche is the Caterham Superlight. For whatever reason, it comes stock with the Forza roll cage...I don't know how they mess up cars that have been in their games for an entire console generation.
