ATTENTION

I have released the details on the R3 event, please get your votes in.

Also everything is fine with the family, long story short, brother-in-law decided to take his bike out after drinking and crashed. He messed up his leg pretty bad, twisted it almost 180 degrees at the knee and got a DUI of course............don't you just love family drama!
 
Don't forget to watch F1 Canada guys!!! :D Starting in 2,5 hours!

Sounds horrible!!! I hope he'll be okay without staying problems.. I screwed my leg up in the same way.. xD
 
I hope the BMW wins! Odds are I'll be at a friends house Saturday for Le Mans, so i'll probably just qualify.

I'm not racing Saturday either, but the Subaru is the superior car of the 3 so it gets my vote. It's the only Subaru in the game that can compete with leaderboard cars.

The Beemer will kill it on the straights :D I voted for the Beemer..
 
So far it is a very close! I can shift like a champ with the Subaru, I just feel 'one' with the Sub!

I have been tuning in to the F1 race and holy smoke those pit guys are straight up animals, I am not familiar with F1 so this amazes me.

Haha, they were quite slow today. I saw 3.5 seconds and more. Even a 4+ from Vettel!! I've seen some 2.9's in the last few races.. Pretty awesome :bowdown: You should watch more. We now have 7 different winners in 7 races :dopey:

Anyone else watched the race?
 
Not sure if I will be competing much these next 2 rounds seeing as how the final round of GT Academy has started. Was 147th in the world as of 1am est.

Just checked my time and i dropped from 147 in the world all the way to 635. :( 1.7 seconds off the lead. I know I can cut close to a full second off with a perfect lap but its going to probably kill me. :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Update: Just lost another 105 spots in the past hour and a half. :scared:

Wish Forcone was in this. Think he would really have a shot. Im sitting 117 in the US and need to get to the top 32 (currently 0.8 sec ahead of me). Pretty sure I can cut a full sec off my time if I keep at it. Only ran 2-3 hours yesterday.
 
Hey Jimbo......I know I voted for the Bimmer...but if the vote is close I can swing my vote to the Subaru. I havent drove either one but if the Subaru is the better car this is what I want....

No worries, the Subaru won by one vote. Have no fear even with the Subaru tuned based off the basic tuning calculator it performs superbly, at least in my opinion.

Let me know what you think once you give it a few laps!
 
I think it's better do to a different circuit. Almost no one can beat his old time, the Sub is just too slow on the straights. I barely keep up with my 458, running the same times..

You're probably right. If we're gonna race here we need a faster car or we need to race on a shorter, more technical course.

Nah.. But 117th seems really good to me! I bet the overall level of drivers is quite high! Wish we had that in Finland... :indiff:

Hey Forcone, Chris aint the only one lives in Florida....Ill hook you and your girlfriend up for a chance at GT Academy....Ill show you the Florida they dont show in brochures........Riding in the back of a pickup slinging beer cans, hunting 'gators, shocking Catfish....all while we have a little Moonshine. Before you know it you will be waking up on the beach with a headache not knowing where your at........Picture of girlfriend is required.


PS.....I do agree on a different track. This car is very sticky for all those long straights on this track..Seems a waste
 
Ok, seems the track selection is not great, so since I am in the middle of mancave construction, will not have my xbox hooked back up until Thursday so if you guys can agree on a track by the end of today we will use that one instead. If a course has a time that you cannot beat it is not a big deal as you can PM your times and I will compile the times in a post so everyone knows where everyone is at. SO far this season we have avoided this issue.
