This race is going to be fun as hell! Just ran a few laps with the R18 and while I am slower than you guys, this car is incredible around turns.

Yeah, I hate the cars that have funky panels and crevices, makes designing brutal. I am going simple with the R18.

Good to hear it's ok there. I was able to get my car out and drive to work but I should have stayed home....lots of closed roads and I had to park outside the complex and get shuttled in by a 4x4 truck. The whole road coming in to work is under water. Part of my privacy fence has been washed down and there's at least 2 feet of water in my yard.

Thanks guys...yeah it's bad here. Record levels of rainfall in Suwannee and Columbia county. Luckily our house is up high enough that we're safe from water damage (for now). It's still raining and it's not supposed to let up until Thursday though. I've got a lot of work to do in my yard this weekend when it dries up....the privacy fence is gonna be a pain to fix.

Didn't get an opportunity last night to run any laps but I probably will tonight.
Good luck to you Wiggs. Hope the storm don't cause you too much damage. We are even getting rain over here on the east coast from it. Not nearly as much as you though.
Thanks Chris. They sent us home early from work and I just got home....it's still raining but the water isn't quite as high as it was this morning.

Yup, Tropical Storm Debby is drenching us right now. They've got CNN and Weather Channel news crews in our area. I haven't seen Lake City and Live Oak on tv this much since we had those hurricanes come through here a few years ago. I hope things are back to normal in a day or 2 and I can get a few qualifying runs in.

2 days of work left and then 4 weeks freeee!!!!
My job called and said we don't need to come in tomorrow...so I'll go in Thursday and then I'll have a week off.

Yup, I'll run some laps tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to all the yard work I'll have to do this weekend.
Ahh come on, it's not so bad.. Go around a corner, straighten it, gas it, brake, go around a corner, straighten it and floor it again
Easy as that! Plus, the most of the track is a straight..Hope I'll see you then. I'm still at work now but I'll probably wake up in 10hours from now..
