How much faster is it when tuned? And were the 908 and R18 stock or tuned when you tested this?

My wheel works fine. I've read that most work fine now. 👍 I've got a CSR.

Ok so for our last race we will make it a good one and say 10 laps on La Sarthe (with chicanes) and your choice of the 787 (Stock, Tuning allowed), 908 or R18. The 908 and 787 are the LB cars for this track so I imagine those 2 being the most selected but I am going with the R18. Please no complaints with this choice or I will force Cockpit and turn on Damage!

Cockpit view in the 908 is soooo bad.

Both the 787B and R18 are in the February ALMS pack if you don have them.

Microsoft released another patch that fixed the problem. I think a few people were still having problems at first but it's pretty much fixed now.

I only race in cockpit view anyway.....any other view would screw me up. Don't forget we still have the B class make-up race too.

Looks nice Hamster 👍 Tried to beat your time but without succes. 3:31,027 is my fastest with the R18. But only did three laps so maybe I can better my time. You're still a second faster..

Ok...I was going to race the Peugoeot since I dont own the Mazda cause I didnt want to spend that much money on a car I might not race more than once....But I would like to have every advantage I can get and it seems the Mazda is the fastest car...So talk me into spending the money......

Haven't thought about that.. Hmm.. But you could atleast qualify in it because it's only allowed stock..

Already looked in the auction house but they are more expensive than buying straight out.........But I think I will go and buy one if its that much faster than my Peugeot........

I think it's possible to get a fast time in the 908. I always liked it.. It's pretty similar to the R18..

Btw I just noticed the normal timing is back on the Forzamotorsport website.

I have never drove ANY R1 cars......but I hear the Mazda sounds great......Ill prob just stay with the 908

Why not?! It has one of the coolest cars on earth! And yeah the Mazda sounds superb but it's too jumpy and unstable for my likes..

I probably won't have time to make a qualifying run until Thursday or Friday. I never drive R1 cars either and I already know I'll have to use TCS.....I hate using assists.

I wouldn't mind some of you guys going with R3... Otherwise it would be stupid to even try if you really have so much trouble with these cars..

And then maybe to keep it fair, you finishing position is the overall position. (And not your position in your own class)

The hell I'm talking about is, if you guys have so much trouble driving these cars, I wouldn't mind if you guys would go for a R3 car. It's just an idea.. I would be very pissed if one of you knocks me offtrack because you can't control the car. I don't know what Jimbo thinks of this, but it's just what's on my mind.
