Looks like it's not working for anyone right now :ouch:

I had problems with all of the #Forzathon challenges when I tried them this morning, none would trigger.

I'll have to give it another go later; want to maintain my 100% #Forzathon record :)

Barn find spoilers underneath, in case there's anyone here who somehow hasn't figured out what it is:

I like how the Pacer can get the regular Chevy V8 that just about every car can get, but it can ALSO get what I believe is a 426 Hemi. I'm not sure what class I want to run my Pacer at, but you can bet it's going to be using that engine if I can make it work.

I finished all four challenges about an hour ago. I didn't have any problems. Just waiting for my barn find to be finished.

"You haven't seen the movie? Ahh, nevermind."

Freakin' Warren, man... I wish I could answer back to him like "Dude, I don't know the movie, shut your piehole. Gimme the car so I can Hemi-swap it..."

(Also did someone else notice how the car in question came equipped with a paintjob eerily similar to the one found in said movie? Again, I see what you did there, PG, I see what you did there...)

Also, this Forzathon series is more online-focused than the previous ones. It's a good thing the main prize (in my mind) doesn't require such services...

It didn't seem especially online-focused to me. Only two of the challenges involve online, and you can complete both of them in only three races total.

Pace Yourself: Complete a race in an AMC car to receive a Barn Find Rumor
Sewing Machine: Perform 10 Threading the Needle Skills to receive 50,000 CR
Back-Half Breakout: Complete 3 Drag Races to earn 55,000 XP
Triple Out: Finish in the Top 3 of an Online Race to win the Dodge Dart Super Stock SE

Well it's a bit more focused on online than usual, that's all. Plus, you can do all of them online, so there's that going for it...

Have they shown the full April lineup yet?
No news in today's Week in Review, nor any hints about upcoming DLC.

We're in the dark on this one, might not find out anything until next Friday when a new set of challenges should theoretically take place.

There's the possibility that PG will announce an update as early as Monday next week then stream/release it Tuesday evening (GMT). With that announcement should come information regarding the future Forzathon events.

Not really a great Forzathon this week, one kind of crapbox car and a HE of a car that I like, but can barely control.

Back to Persona 5 I go.

EDIT:

Would not be surprised if this is the case, but my money is on them announcing the DLC for the 18th, with the supposed stream you mentioned announcing the rest of the Forzathon plans for the month.

There is, and I'm half expecting one based on how things have panned out so far.

The 426 Hemi makes sense in a way, since Chrysler bought AMC in 1988. That makes them all part of one big family.

Oh yeah, I'm not denying it makes sense, I'm just saying that as far as I'm aware it's a completely unique swap that no other car can get in Forza (obv. there are cars that come with the engine as standard though). Are there any other cars with unique swaps like that?

Other than the motorcycle engine swaps you can get in the Reliant and the Isetta, not too many I can think of.
It would be hilarious if you could get a Ferrari V12 swap in the Pacer since they both fall under the FCA banner.

The speedometer on the Pacer is way off.

Bug report on the barn find:

The Pacer is an inline 6 but has been given a V8 sound sample by T10/PG

My Pacer is getting restored and grabbed the Dart HE. Now I'm working on the Threading the Needle skills and have one more drag race to do.

Get it while you can, I was going to grab a second one from the Auction House for fun but they're going for 3 million credits... Yikes.
