I've got into a drag race with just one opponent and lost the race. Then the message popped saying I've won the Dart HE because I've finished an online race 2nd lol.

I really don't enjoy doing online stuff so glad the Barn find didn't involve that.
Still annoyed I wasn't around to win the Sesto Elemento.
Hope we will get another chance somewhere down the line.

Was lucky last night. Did a few online races came mid pack. But then for the next series I forgot to pick my car so it gave me a Infiniti, then did a off-road circut race which I was familiar with and actually one it in the Infiniti.

Had a look on the auction house, could actually afford to buy one out if I wanted to as I'm doing pretty good financially in the game at the mo.
Cheapest one had disgusting Emoji Livery >. <, yes I know I could just take it to the garage and change it.l, but still.
If nothing else I guess it is very likely it will be in Forza 7.

I have a gut feeling that the McLaren P1 GTR will be a Forzathon reward in the future. Such a strange exclusion from the game with all of the other track/race cars we have.

For the first time, I actually completed all of the tasks in a Forzathon. Starting the game from the beginning gives me much more incentive to do everything now.

I just tried completing the challenges again and it worked this time. My approach didn't change for my second attempt, but this time around I had allowed my console to perform a full power cycle after the latest system software installation. I know the Xbox One can be weird like that, so maybe this did the trick.
Odd car that barn find but I'm glad I didn't miss out on it after all.

Remember today is the only day to get the Porsche 918 Spyder in the Forzathon event.
Was really easy to do in the construction site near Surfers Paradise. Its called Westpoint Cross Country Circuit.
Just let some/many of the cars pass you, make a jump and overtake a car (or more) after landing. Easy.

Construction Site Cross Country Circuit is apparently the best. Took everyone but me 15 seconds apparently.

All you need is a bumpy race course and a reminder that you aren't racing to win, you're racing to pass. You can even dumb down the cars you're racing against so you can pass them, let them pass you, and you can pass them again until you get the 918.

Did the Westpoint cross country circuit race, 15 or so seconds later, one 918 is in my garage. Easy peasy.

Getting the 918 was rather random in my case; during a race at Westpoint, I was in the middle of a jump (the one which precedes a 90º degree left-hand corner). Turns out the AI glitched and some cars were somehow driving in the wrong direction. Somehow I overtook one of those cars and boom, free 918. Thanks for the free glitching, Forza...?
Hopping around like a goofball with the 918 in the Outback afterwards helped me get the Crash Landing skills (just be on the lookout for bushes to get said skill triggered). The perks of offroading a hypercar...

It didn't take long for me to get the 918 Spyder, I just had to run a cross country circuit race around the construction site.

What I love about these Forzathon cars is that you can have a secondary account to win the car on and sell it immediately for millions. I've done this for the Silvia HE, Sesto Elemento, BRAT HE & more. After that I just go back on my original account and auction a car with a stupidly high buy out price and buy it with my secondary account.
Doing this has gotten me a 250 GTO, Enzo, CLK GTR, F1, F40, Miura & more.
People have probably been doing this already, but I just thought I'd share this trick to help anyone who didn't know about it to gain money quickly and easily
