I have a basic build of my Supra that I'm going to throw into the club garage if anyone wants to give me their perspective on it. Its tuned off a pad so keep that in mind. Either way though, I'ts what I have set up so far and I feel it's more balanced than fast. I'm so pleased with it so far though, to be honest.

I may have chose fast and set up a tune rather quick, but I couldnt help it. I just loved how it felt lol.

EDIT: I'm sad, Since the vents on the fenders where from the storefront, It seems I cannot share it with the club :(

Thats a bummer.

Chris If you can put down what car I will be using I will give you a fancy car. If you are wrong you give me a fancy car. Here is a hint, it uses rotors. Also I should be on tomorrow at 1pm est however I still vouch for the Sunday race times. :D

I may be able to race a few races after all :) So how does this work? Every race is B/R2 multiclass with "locked" car choices?? Anyhow, if I'll join, it'll be in B-class if you don't mind! :)

Thats right. Pick any car you want. You can use cars that are below B and upgrade them to B as well. The car you pick is the car you stay with for the entire season. This should make it impossible for you to win every race. :P

B-Class: 97 Civic Type R, Any Elise, VX220, Opel Speedster, MR-S are all banned.

OR...you guys could pick a car, then send it to an independent tuner such as myself.
Then you could all have the same tuned vehicle. Of course it would have poor launch, a loose backend, skidded under pressure, pulled to the left, one gear..etc, etc. I could watch the races and see you guys running in the grass and hitting walls....I'd be soooo proud.....haha

Sorry Chris, there was a power outage over here. i'll see if I can jump on in a bit.

EDIT: I just shared my supra if anyone wants to give me some pointers.

I won't be on the Box again until Monday, but I'll take it for a spin then. What track or type of track did you tune it for?

I'm actually trying to go the same route you did. I'm just trying to make it an all around balanced car until the track is announced. I forgot which track I was using to tune it though.. I think it was either Suzuka or Silverstone.

If I do that the livery is gone :( I'll make one myself then 👍

Yeah I just tried myself and see what you mean. That sucks. Sorry bud.

Nope, you owe me a car since you responded.:) FC ALL THE WAY!!:P

 What car you want? Nothing too crazy please. :embarrassed:

Sorry I had to leave on you guys. Got some things to do. I had been testing for awhile already when you guys got on...

Well anyways after some testing I noticed a few things...

1. Lapped races will create allot of DNFs unless I have the end timer triggered by B Class which would also mean that even if B Class gets lapped by R2 they would still have to finish the required laps.

2. Timed races ends as soon as the timer runs out. It don't matter where you are on the track the race ends instantly.

3. I also tried a race start with 1 sec intervals between cars. Definitely was a smooth start but spread things out a bit.

So it's up to you guys if you want to do timed or lapped and also if you want an interval between cars at the start.

*On a good note the idea I think is going to work exactly as planned. LL was using his Supra and I had an NSX. We raced a couple ovals and he beat me on both then we went to Mugello and I won. Between car and driver tendencies, like and dislikes things should change quiet a bit from track to track.

Its no worries, I figured you were already on for a while. I didnt jump on till around 10 45 pst I think.

In my opinion I like the lapped races better. I feel that it feels more like an actual race, where as the time limit just felt like I was aiming for the fastest time, like a time attack I guess.

Yeah our cars were pretty similar. Speed was almost identical, I think mine was about 5-10 mph faster on the straights but yours got the turns in better. Mugello was close to, I was lagging a bit so I accidently hit your car because it warped so I backed off enough to give me some room to get away from warping cars lol.

Sounds interesting, but no thanks. :P

Gotcha, I'll run it around those tracks on Monday. I know its a pretty good car for speed tracks because of the top speed.

It tops out around 160~ but thats already deep into redline. It gets there fine and doesnt hit the rev limiter. Most of the time I dont even have to use 6th gear though. Out of the races we did, I only maxed 6th on the ovals. Sucks though because I dont have the race transmission so I cant alter my gears. They seem alright though, not to stretched.

1. Lapped races will create allot of DNFs unless I have the end timer triggered by B Class which would also mean that even if B Class gets lapped by R2 they would still have to finish the required laps. I think you can turn off the timer, downside is the R2 drivers will have to wait but everyone will finish

2. Timed races ends as soon as the timer runs out. It don't matter where you are on the track the race ends instantly. Not really liking this idea, takes away the thrill and possibility of a faster driver messing up and changing the whole dynamic of the race, JMO

3. I also tried a race start with 1 sec intervals between cars. Definitely was a smooth start but spread things out a bit. I will try some things out, if I remember when I messed with these settings I could allow for the 'lower' class to start sooner than the higher class for the event but will have to look further into it. I like that idea because the B class could get a good distance ahead and it would give the R2 class a bit of a challenge to pass even though there will be many situations where this will occur naturally.

So it's up to you guys if you want to do timed or lapped and also if you want an interval between cars at the start. I vote lap

I will pick a car in a bit

Totally agree about the timed races.

You can reverse it and have B class start first but I was thinking they might get in the way of the R2 cars but if it isnt a hazard then it could make things a bit interesting for the R2 class having to get through traffic.

I will also be doing some more testing as I think of different scenarios.

For most tracks, the R2 would fly by before even getting to the first turn lol.

I'm willing to do some testing if you need help.

Not if we stagered the start of each car by 1 sec like we did that last race...

Might do some more testing tomorrow. Not sure what time yet.

Yeah we will have to do some race tests, I am home all day tomorrow so I will most likely join up if some folks want to get together.

For some reason Forza online is not working for me...Cant find a race...Not even "Quick Race"....

EDIT................Never mind...guees everyone in the world is playing COD

I guess I will sign up for the R2 class, to even things out, and get back into racing again. Right now, I'm trying out cars to see which ones I like. Is it allowed to use cars from R3, and tune them to R2?

I have no problems with waiting for B class to finish 👍 But what will our ghosts do?? They already crash when the race is over..

@LoadedLove, I can send you some vents that way you can still share the car so it looks how you want it too.

I am going to give something a try, if it gets too overwhelming I will cancel but if anyone wants me to design a livery for their season I can, I enjoy it and I took care of KATPEELER last season so since we will keep our same car the whole season it will be much simpler to design one that will last throughout the season....if you are interested let me know.

Wow Jimbo you're just in time! I need a livery for my GT1, if you want to, that would be awesome :D Let me know what you want for it!

No need for anything in return except using the livery. Do you want a certain sponsor or anything in particular? Any certain colors? I will work on things and send it to you in a bit to see what you think.
