French Final Chapter Speech (Edit 2) More help! (DUE TOMORROW!)

I have to deliver a small speech in french and I have to write it also. I'm a total noob and I was hoping someone around here could help me find my mistakes and give the speech more thought/sense. It's about music. Note, there are no accents as I can't write them on this computer. Here it is:

La role musique jouer dans mon vie est tres important. Je ecouter la musique dans mon maison. Je ecouter avant ecole aussi avant SLEEPING (I don't know what it is in French.) Mon musique aide relaxe pour ecole. J'aime le musique drole, c'est la comedie etrange et drole voix. L'instrument utilise est l'ordinateurs avec bruitage. La musique est aussi electronique.

This probably sucks but it's the best I can do so far in French I would love a little advice or a few corrections. (I want to make sure it makes sense.) Here it is in English:

The role music plays in my life is very important. I listen to music in my home. I listen before school, also before sleep. My music helps me relax for school. I like funny music, it's strange, comedy and the voices are funny. The instruments used are computers and sounds. The music is also electronic.

(It's pretty mild so if I could add something more interesting I would be more than happy to accept it. Thanks.

L'artist Joel Veitch est nee en 1974 au UK (what's UK in French?). Il est tres drole et tres bon avec l'ordinateurs. Joel a aide la groupe "7 Seconds of Love". Il a fait avec les publicities (adverts) a la tele. Et beaucoup parodies (How do you say Parodies in french?) de autre chanson. Mon chanson prefere est "Salamander" parce que il est tres bon!

BTW, for sleeping, google translate is your friend.
Make sure it's a noun, not a verb though.

For clarification, If it's underlined, it's just a spelling mistake or word gender mistake. If it's bolded, it's a grammar mistake 👍

• Que - that/which. It's more clear (in French) with 'The role that music plays in my life.'
• Joue - Jouer is the infinitive, to conjugate into 'it' (music) it's joue.
• Importante - the adjective must agree with the noun (in this case, musique).
• J'écoute - It's quicker to say J'écoute than Je écoute (kinda like J'ai or J'aime).
• à cette - to it. 'I listen to it before school...'
• je dormis - I sleep. '..and before I sleep.'
• m'aide - 'helps me...
• relaxer - '..to relax.'
• curieuse - 'strange' but conjugated as musique is feminine.
• comique - 'comical'
• les voix sont drôles - 'The voices are funny'. Drôles agrees with the noun.
• Un ordinateur et des sains créent la musique - 'A computer and noises create the music'. Assuming you're 15 or 16 (my age ), we haven't moved onto the passive tense yet, so 'The music is made by..' is something that you won't have gone through (and your teacher might think: "Google Translate!")

I thought that would've been a huge post . I just added the reasons for the corrections so you'd know why I did them 👍. I'd say that I'm not too hot at French but my teacher said I'm in the top 2 (after another Daniel )

I am french by the way... but i never was a good student in french class.

Warning:
If you turn this in to your teacher, i suspect that she/he might draw a doubt on you. Because based on your original post, this a huge improvement, probably an equivalent to at least one more quarter (if not two) over your current knowledge of french.

I was able to understand what you were trying to say (even without the translation, but there are still a lot of basic grammar errors).

But if you keep it up, you should be fine, your effort will pay off 👍
